Claims (14)
- 제 1 전극;
상기 제 1 전극의 일면 상에 배치되는 광음극;
상기 광음극의 일면 상에 직접 배치되는 광산란층;
상기 광음극과 광산란층이 순차적으로 일면 상에 적층된 제 1 전극에 대향하여 배치되는 제 2 전극; 및
상기 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극 사이에 개재된 전해질;을 구비하며,
상기 광산란층이 길이 1㎛ 이상의 이산화티탄 나노와이어 및 이산화티탄 나노입자를 포함하며,
상기 이산화티탄 나노입자가 이산화티탄 나노와이어의 적어도 일 표면에 부착되어 이산화티탄 나노와이어와 복합체를 형성하며,
상기 이산화티탄 나노입자가 이산화티탄 나노와이어의 적어도 일부를 피복하는 염료감응 태양전지. - 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광산란층의 두께가 1 내지 5㎛인 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화티탄 나노와이어의 평균 직경이 10 내지 100nm인 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화티탄 나노입자의 평균직경이 10 내지 90nm인 염료감응 태양전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 광음극이 이산화티탄 나노입자를 포함하며,
상기 광산란층에 포함된 이산화티탄 나노와이의 직경 대 상기 광음극에 포함된 이산화티탄 나노입자의 직경의 비율이 1:1 내지 10:1 인 염료감응 태양전지. - 산화물 반도체층을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 산화물 반도체층 상에 광산란층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 광산란층을 형성하는 단계가,
이산화티탄 전구체, 이산화티탄 나노입자, 바인더 및 용매를 포함하는 전구체 용액을 준비하는 단계; 및
상기 전구체 용액을 상기 산화물 반도체층의 일면 상에 전계방사한 후, 이를 열처리하여 단계;를 포함하는 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법. - 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화티탄 전구체가 티타늄 이소프로폭사이드, 티타늄 에톡사이드, 티타늄 클로라이드 및 티타늄 메톡사이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상인 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화티탄 나노입자의 직경이 10 내지 90nm인 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 이산화티탄 나노입자의 함량이 장기 전구체 용액 총 중량을 기준으로 5 내지 20중량%인 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 용액에서 상기 이산화티탄 전구체의 함량이 상기 이산화티탄 나노입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 10 내지 150 중량부인 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 용액에서 상기 바인더의 함량이 상기 이산화티탄 나노입자 100 중량부를 기준으로 하여 20 내지 40 중량부인 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 전계방사가 전구체 용액을 5 내지 10 kV의 전압에서 10~15 ㎕/분의 속도로 10 내지 30분 동안 수행되는 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 열처리 온도가 400 내지 550℃인 염료감응 태양전지 제조방법.
