Description
Claims (15)
- 표시 영역과 상기 표시 영역을 둘러싸는 주변 영역을 가지는 기판,상기 기판의 표시 영역에 형성되어 있는 복수의 색필터,상기 기판의 주변 영역에 형성되어 있으며 상기 복수의 색필터 중 적어도 하나와 동일한 물질로 형성되어 있는 제1 간격재,상기 표시 영역에 형성되어 있는 제2 간격재, 그리고상기 제1 간격재 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제2 간격재와 동일한 물질로 형성되어 있는 제3 간격재를 포함하는 색필터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 색필터 및 상기 제1 간격재 위에 형성되어 있는 공통 전극을 더 포함하는 색필터 표시판.
- 제1항에서,상기 복수의 색필터는 각각 적색, 녹색, 청색 중 하나의 색을 표현하는 색필터 표시판.
- 제3항에서,상기 제1 간격재는 상기 적색, 녹색, 청색 색필터와 동일한 물질로 이루어진 적어도 두개의층을 포함하는 색필터 표시판.

- 제1항에서,상기 기판과 상기 색필터 및 상기 제1 간격재 사이에 형성되어 있고, 상기 색필터와 대응하는 위치에 개구부를 가지는 차광 패턴을 더 포함하는 색필터 표시판.
- 구동부와 표시부를 가지는 제1 기판, 상기 제1 기판의 표시부 위에 형성되어 있는 게이트선, 상기 게이트선과 교차하는 데이터선, 상기 게이트선 및 데이터선과 연결되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터, 상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 화소 전극, 상기 제1 기판의 구동부 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 게이트선과 연결되어 있는 회로를 포함하는 박막 트랜지스터 표시판,상기 제1 기판과 대향하는 제2 기판, 상기 표시부와 대응하는 상기 제2 기판 위에 형성되어있는 복수의 색필터, 상기 구동부와 대응하는 상기 제2 기판 위에 형성되어 있는 제1 간격재를 포함하는 색필터 표시판,상기 색필터 표시판과 박막 트랜지스터 표시판 사이에 채워져 있는 액정,상기 표시부에 위치하는 제2 간격재, 그리고상기 제1 간격재 위에 형성되어 있으며 상기 제2 간격재와 동일한 물질로 형성되어 있는 제3 간격재를 포함하는 액정표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 색필터 및 상기 제1 간격재 위에 형성되어 있는 공통 전극을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 액정은 상기 제1 간격재 위에 형성되어 있는 밀봉재에 의해서 밀봉되는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제8항에서,상기 색필터는 각각 적색, 녹색, 청색 중 하나의 색을 표현하는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제11항에서,상기 제1 간격재는 상기 적색, 녹색, 청색의 적어도 두 가지 물질과 동일한 물질이 적층되어 이루어지는 액정 표시 장치.
- 제9항에서,상기 제2 간격재는 상기 공통 전극 위에 형성되어 있는 액정 표시 장치.
- 삭제
- 제8항에서,상기 기판과 상기 색필터 및 상기 제1 간격재 사이에 형성되어 있고, 상기 색필터와 대응하는 위치에 개구부를 가지는 차광 패턴을 더 포함하는 액정 표시 장치.
