Abstract
Description
Claims (30)
- 서로 간격을 두고 축 방향으로 평행하게 또는 서로 각을 이루며 배치된 2개의 축을 결합 부재를 사용하여 결합하기 위한 장치에 있어서,비틀림 진동을 감쇠하기 위해 진동 감쇠 부재와 상호작용하는 제 1 회전 매스(rotating mass) 및 제 2 회전 매스가 제공되며,상기 진동 감쇠 부재는 탄성 부재를 구비하며,상기 탄성 부재는 나선형 스프링으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 회전 매스에 부착된 크랭크축 및 상기 제 2 회전 매스에 부착된 PTO(power take-off) 축에는 축 변위가 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성 부재에 초기 응력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄성 부재는,서로 평행하게 배치되는 4개의 디스크의 관통구에 삽입되어 결합되며, 상기 디스크들은 각각 2개씩 서로 고정 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 관통구는 길쭉하게 형성되며 상기 디스크의 원주 방향으로 구부러져서 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 관통구에 2개의 탄성 부재가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,서로에게 귀속되어 배치되는 2개의 내부 디스크 및 2개의 외부 디스크가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,서로 연결된 디스크들이 가상의 중간축에 대칭으로 구성 및 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 2개의 내부 디스크의 관통구가 상기 2개의 외부 디스크의 관통구에 대해 회전되어 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 탄성 부재가 상기 내부 디스크들로 형성된 베어링 및 상기 외부 디스크들로 형성된 베어링과 상호 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부 디스크들이 상기 외부 디스크들과 서로 탄성적으로 결합됨에 따라 상기 디스크들이 상호 축 방향으로 엇배치될 수 있으며,엇배치된 상태, 축에 평행한 상태 또는 동축 상태에서 상기 내부 디스크로부터 상기 외부 디스크로 또는 상기 외부 디스크로부터 상기 내부 디스크로 토크가 전달될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부 디스크들 및 상기 외부 디스크들이 각각 다른 부품으로 토크를 전달하기 위한 영역을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 2개의 회전 매스가 상기 탄성 부재 및 상기 4개의 디스크를 통해 서로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
