Claims (4)
- 흡기 입구(11i)를 갖는 흡기 집합실(11)을 형성하는 집합부(10)와, 상기 흡기 집합실(11)로부터 분기되어 각 연소실에 흡기를 유도하는 복수의 흡기 분기로(22)를 형성하는 분기부(20)를 구비하는 다기통 내연기관의 흡기 매니폴드에 있어서,상기 집합부(10)는, 상기 흡기 집합실(11)을 구성하는 제1 공간(11a) 및 제2 공간(11b)을 각각 형성하는 제1 분할체(A) 및 제2 분할체(B)가 결합되어 구성되고, 상기 제1 분할체(A) 및 상기 제2 분할체(B) 중 적어도 상기 제1 분할체(A)에는 코너부(31a, 31b)가 일체 성형되고, 상기 제2 분할체(B)에는, 상기 제1 분할체(A) 내(內) 및 상기 제2 분할체(B) 내에 걸쳐 연장되고 상기 코너부(31a, 31b)의 내면(31a1, 31b1)을 덮게 배치되는 정류부(40)가 설치되고, 상기 정류부(40)는, 상기 내면(31a1, 31b1)에 비해 흡기를 원활하게 안내하는 안내면(44)을 가지며, 상기 흡기 입구(11i)와 상기 안내면(44)은, 상기 흡기 입구(11i)로부터 상기 흡기 집합실(11)로 유입되는 흡기가 상기 안내면(44)에 접촉하여 상기 흡기 분기로(22)를 향해 안내되도록, 상기 흡기 집합실(11)을 통해 서로 대향하도록 배치되고, 상기 정류부(40)와 상기 코너부(31a, 31b)에 의해, 상기 흡기 집합실(11)에 연통하는 배후 공간(47)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 내연기관의 흡기 매니폴드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 분할체(A)에는 상기 흡기 분기로(22)가 일체 성형되고, 상기 정류부(40)는 상기 흡기 분기로(22)의 가상 연장 통로(22p) 상에 배치되고, 상기 제1 분할체(A)의 상기 코너부(31a)는 상기 가상 연장 통로(22p)의 범위의 외측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 내연기관의 흡기 매니폴드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정류부(40)와 상기 제2 분할체(B)의 코너부(31b)가, 상기 배후 공간(47) 내에서 리브(45)에 의해 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 내연기관의 흡기 매니폴드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 분할체(B)에 설치되는 상기 정류부(40)의 선단과 상기 제1 분할체(A)와의 사이에는 공극(46)이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 내연기관의 흡기 매니폴드.
