- 진동롤러에 맞닿아서 상기 진동롤러의 이동에 추종하여 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 한 인쇄기의 잉크가 묻거나 또는 물이 묻는 롤러의 요동방법으로,(1) 구름베어링의 날개가 붙은 내륜과 날개가 붙은 외륜 중 어느 하나 또는 양쪽의 상기 내륜과 외륜의 사이에 복수열로 배치한 복수개의 원통 롤러의 궤도면과 대향하는 면의 폭방향의 길이를 상기 원통 롤러의 축방향의 길이보다도 3mm~5mm 길게 해서 상기 내륜과 외륜 중 어느 하나 또는 양쪽이 그 축방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 롤러의 축지지부의 양측에 상기 구름베어링을 각각 장착하는 단계; 및(2) 상기 진동롤러의 이동에 추종하여 상기 롤러가 축방향으로 요동 가능하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 진동롤러에 맞닿아서 상기 진동롤러의 이동에 추종하여 축방향으로 이동 가능하게 한 인쇄기의 잉크가 묻거나 또는 물이 묻는 롤러의 요동방법으로,(1) 구름베어링의 날개가 붙은 내륜과 날개가 붙은 외륜 중 어느 하나 또는 양쪽의 상기 내륜과 외륜의 사이에 복수열로 배치한 복수개의 원통 롤러의 궤도면과 대향하는 면의 폭방향의 길이를 상기 원통 롤러의 축방향의 길이보다도 3mm~5mm 길게 해서 상기 내륜과 외륜 중 어느 하나 또는 양쪽이 그 축방향으로 이동가능하도록 상기 롤러의 축지지부의 일측에 상기 구름베어링을 각각 장착하는 단계; 및(2) 상기 롤러의 축지지부의 타측에는 내륜 또는 외륜이 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 구름베어링을 장착하는 단계; 및(3) 상기 진동롤러의 이동에 추종하여 상기 롤러가 축방향으로 요동 가능하게 하는 단계를 포함하는 롤러의 요동방법.

- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙어 있고, 상기 양 날개 사이에 원통 롤러가 배치되고, 날개가 없는 내륜이 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙어 있고, 상기 양 날개 사이에 원통 롤러가 배치되고, 한쪽 에지에 날개가 붙어 있는 내륜이 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙어 있고, 상기 양 날개 사이에 원통 롤러가 배치되고, 한쪽 에지에 날개가 붙어 있고 또한 다른쪽 에지에는 실질적으로 내륜과 같은 직경의 스페이서를 통해서 날개바퀴가 구비된 상기 내륜이 상기 날개바퀴를 향해서 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙어 있고, 상기 양 날개 사이에 원통 롤러가 배치되고, 한쪽 에지에 날개가 붙어 있고 또한 다른쪽 에지에는 실질적으로 내륜과 같은 직경의 스페이서를 통해서 L형 날개바퀴가 구비된 상기 내륜이 상기 L형 날개바퀴를 향해서 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜에 날개가 없고, 내륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙고, 상기 양 날개 사이에 원통 롤러가 배치되고, 상기 외륜이 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜의 대향 에지에 한쪽 날개가 붙어 있고, 내륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙고, 상기 양 날개 사이에 원통 롤러가 배치되고, 상기 외륜이 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 축지지부의 타측에 장착하는 구름베어링은,외륜의 대향 에지에 양 날개가 붙어 있고, 상기 양 날개의 사이에 원통 롤러가 복수열로 배치되고, 날개가 없는 내륜이 축방향으로 이동하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 롤러의 요동방법.
