Description
Claims (11)
- 연소 기체로부터의 수은을 제거하는 방법으로서,a) 연소 기체 (flue gas) 중에 존재하는 수은을, 흡착제를 포함하는 흡수제와 접촉시켜, 수은을 흡착제 상에 흡착시키는 단계로서,여기서 상기 흡착제는, 연소 기체 탈황 공정 전 또는 연소 기체 탈황 공정 내에서 연소 기체에 첨가되며,상기 연소 기체 중에 존재하는 수은과 흡착제의 접촉이, 흡착제가 첨가되는 연소 기체 탈황 공정에서 사용된 액체상에서 일어나는 단계,b) 흡수제로부터, 흡착된 수은을 포함하는 흡착제를 분리하는 단계,c) 흡착제를 산화제와 접촉시켜, 흡착된 수은을 탈착시키고 용액중에 Hg2+ 형태로 용해시키는 단계,d) 흡착제로부터 Hg2+ - 풍부 용액 (Hg2+ - enriched solution)을 분리하는 단계,e) 용액으로부터 Hg2+를 제거하는 단계를 포함하는,연소 기체로부터의 수은의 제거 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, Hg2+가 존재하는 용액을 침전제와 혼합하여 Hg2+와 용해도가 낮은 침전물을 형성시키고, 용액으로부터 이러한 침전물을 분리함으로써 Hg2+를 용액으로부터 제거하는, 연소 기체로부터의 수은의 제거 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 유기설파이드 (organosulfide)가 침전제로서 사용되는, 연소 기체로부터의 수은의 제거 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용액을 이온 교환체 (ion exchanger)와 접촉시킴으로써, Hg2+가 용액으로부터 제거되는, 연소 기체로부터의 수은의 제거 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연소 기체중에 존재하는 Hg0가, 연소 기체 중에 존재하는 수은을 흡착제를 포함하는 흡수제와 접촉시키기 전에 산화되는, 연소 기체로부터의 수은의 제거 방법.
