Claims (9)
- 니켈 함유 리튬 복합 산화물을 양극 활물질로서 포함한 양극, 음극, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터, 및 비수 전해질을 구비하고,상기 세퍼레이터는, 할로겐 원자를 포함하지만 수소 원자를 포함하지 않는 단량체의 중합체로 이루어지고, 또한 연신된 미다공막을 포함하고,상기 세퍼레이터와 상기 음극의 사이에, 내환원성의 막이 마련되어 있는, 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 니켈 함유 리튬 복합 산화물이, 이하의 식:LiNixM1-x-yQyO2(M은 Co 및 Mn중의 적어도 1종이며, Q는 Al, Sr, Y, Zr, Ta, Mg, Ti, Zn, B, Ca, Cr, Si, Ga, Sn, P, V, Sb, Nb, Mo, W, 및 Fe로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며, 0.1≤x≤1, 0≤y≤0.1)로 표시되는 화합물을 포함한, 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 원소 Q는 Al, Sr, Y, Zr 및 Ta로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인, 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌인, 비수 전해 질 이차전지.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내환원성의 막이, 폴리올레핀을 포함한, 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이, 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌인, 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 비수 전해질 이차전지와, 상기 비수 전해질 이차전지를 충전하는 충전기를 구비하고, 상기 충전기에 있어서의 충전 종지 전압이 4.3~4.6V로 설정되어 있는 충방전장치.
