Description
Claims (14)
- 캐소드 시트와 애노드 시트를 포함하고, 상기 시트들 중 적어도 하나는 유체 통과 홀(hole)들을 구비하는 연료 전지 스택용 양극성(bipolar) 분리기로서,상기 시트들은 적어도 하나의 주름형(corrugated) 전도성 요소를 통해 용접되어 있거나 또는 야금학적으로 접합되어 있고; 상기 시트들은 냉각 유체의 통과 섹션의 경계를 정하고; 상기 적어도 하나의 주름형 전도성 요소는 상기 분리기의 하나 이상의 주변 영역들에서만 상기 캐소드 및 애노드 시트들에 인접하는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 통과 홀들은 기체 공급 홀, 기체 방출 홀, 또는 기체 공급 및 방출 홀들이고, 적어도 하나의 상기 시트의 하나 이상의 주변 영역에 배치되어 있는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 통과 홀들은 상기 냉각 유체의 흐름을 연료 전지들에 공급하기 위한 보정 오리피스들(calibrated orifices)을 포함하는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 주름형 전도성 요소는 일반적으로 분리기의 전체 표면을 따라 상기 캐소드 및 애노드 시트들에 인접하고, 상기 냉각 유체 통과 섹션은 상기 주름형 전도성 요소의 표면에 의해 경계가 정해지는 채널들을 포함하는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 유체 통과 섹션은 상기 캐소드 시트와 상기 애노드 시트 사이에 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 망상(reticulated) 요소를 포함하는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 망상 요소는 전기 전도성이고, 선택적으로 금속성 요소인, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 전도성 망상 요소는 금속 발포체, 금속 메쉬(mesh), 팽창성 시트 및 소결된(sintered) 금속성 재료로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 및 캐소드 시트들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 주름형 전도성 요소가 용접되거나 또는 야금학적으로 접합되어 있는 면의 반대면에 고정된 밀봉 가스켓을 포함하는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 및 캐소드 시트들 중 적어도 하나는 상기 주름형 전도성 요소가 용접되거나 또는 야금학적으로 접합되어 있는 면의 반대면에 용접되거나 야금학적으로 접합되어 있는 집전 장치(current collector)를 포함하는, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 집전 장치는 금속 발포체, 금속 메쉬, 팽창성 시트 및 소결된 금속성 재료로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 임의로 선택되는 전기 전도성 망상 요소인, 연료 전지 스택용 양극성 분리기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 분리기를 포함하는 연료 전지 스택.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 통과 홀들과 연통하는 적어도 하나의 공급 또는 방출 덕트를 포함하는 연료 전지 스택.
