Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 감광매체 표면으로부터 분리된 전사 후 잔류 토너가 중력에 의해 이송되도록 비스듬히 설치되고, 적어도 일부에 찌꺼기와 토너를 분리하는 필터부를 구비하는 빗면필터부재;상기 빗면필터부재의 아래에 마련되어 상기 필터부를 통과한 토너가 중력에 의해 이송되도록 비스듬히 설치된 빗면이송부재;상기 빗면이송부재의 하부에 마련되어 집속된 토너를 새 토너 저장부로 이송하는 토너 회송부; 및상기 빗면필터부재의 빗면 하단부에 인접하게 마련되어, 상기 필터부에 의해 걸러진 찌꺼기를 모으는 찌꺼기 저장부;를 포함하며,상기 빗면필터부재 및 상기 빗면이송부재는 중력에 의한 이송이 원활히 이루어지도록 상하 또는 좌우로 가진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치의 현상유닛.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 현상유닛은,새 토너 저장부 내에, 상기 토너 회송부를 통해 회수된 토너를 현상롤러 쪽으로 이송하는 교반기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치의 현상유닛.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 필터부는 그 메시크기가 100~325 mesh인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상형성장치의 현상유닛.
- 용지를 공급하는 급지유닛과 감광매체에 정전잠상을 형성하고 현상하는 현상유닛 및 현상된 가시 화상을 용지에 전사하는 전사유닛을 구비하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치에 있어서,상기 현상유닛은,감광매체 표면으로부터 전사 후 잔류 토너를 분리하는 클리닝부재;분리된 잔류 토너가 중력에 의해 이송되도록 비스듬히 설치되고, 적어도 일부에 찌꺼기와 토너를 분리하는 필터부를 구비하는 빗면필터부재;상기 빗면필터부재의 아래에 마련되어 상기 필터부를 통과한 토너가 중력에 의해 이송되도록 비스듬히 설치된 빗면이송부재;상기 빗면이송부재의 하부에 마련되어 집속된 토너를 새 토너 저장부로 이송하는 토너 회송부; 및상기 빗면필터부재의 빗면 하단부에 인접하게 마련되어, 상기 필터부에 의해 걸러진 찌꺼기를 모으는 찌꺼기 저장부;를 포함하며,상기 빗면필터부재 및 상기 빗면이송부재는 중력에 의한 이송이 원활히 이루어지도록 상하 또는 좌우로 가진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진방식 화상형성장치.
