Claims (10)
- 차량의 엔진으로의 연료 공급의 정지시에 귀금속을 포함하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 가열하는 가열 수단과,상기 가열 수단에 의해 가열된 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 산화성 가스를 공급하는 산화성 가스 공급 수단과,상기 가열 수단에 의해 가열된 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 환원성 가스를 공급하는 환원성 가스 공급 수단과,상기 산화성 가스 공급 수단과 상기 환원성 가스 공급 수단의 구동을 택일적으로 절환하는 절환 수단으로 이루어지고,상기 절환 수단은 상기 산화성 가스 공급 수단의 구동 후에 상기 환원성 가스 공급 수단을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 장치.
- 귀금속을 포함하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 산화성 가스를 공급하는 산화성 가스 공급 수단과,상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 환원성 가스를 공급하는 환원성 가스 공급 수단과,상기 산화성 가스 공급 수단 및 상기 환원성 가스 공급 수단과 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 사이에서, 상기 산화성 가스 또는 상기 환원성 가스의 가스 중에서 방전 플라즈마를 발생하는 플라즈마 발생 장치로 이루어지고,차량의 엔진으로의 연료 공급의 정지시에, 플라즈마화된 산화성 가스를 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 공급하고, 계속해서 플라즈마화된 환원성 가스를 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매는, 적어도 세리아를 포함하는 담체와, 상기 담체에 담지된 백금을 포함하는, 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 장치.
- 차량의 엔진으로의 연료 공급의 정지시에 있어서,귀금속을 포함하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 가열하는 가열 공정과,가열된 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 산화성 가스를 공급하여 상기 귀금속을 산화 상태로 하는 산화 공정과,가열된 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 환원성 가스를 공급하여 산화 상태의 상기 귀금속을 환원하는 환원 공정을, 이 순서로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 연료 공급의 정지시에는, 상기 엔진은 차륜의 회전에 의해 역구동되어 있는, 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산화 공정은 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 400℃ 내 지 800℃로 가열한 상태에서 행하는, 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 환원 공정은 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매를 100℃ 이상으로 가열한 상태에서 행하는, 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 산화성 가스 중에는 2% 이상의 산소 가스가 포함되어 있는, 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 차량의 엔진으로의 연료 공급의 정지시에 있어서,귀금속을 포함하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 방전 플라즈마에 의해 활성화된 산화성 가스를 공급하여 귀금속을 산화 상태로 하는 산화 공정과,상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 방전 플라즈마에 의해 활성화된 환원성 가스를 공급하여 산화 상태의 상기 귀금속을 환원하는 환원 공정을, 이 순서로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
- 제4항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배기 가스 정화용 촉매는, 적어도 세리아를 포함하는 담체와, 상기 담체에 담지된 백금을 포함하는, 배기 가스 정화용 촉매의 재생 방법.
