Claims (3)
- 전진/후퇴 가능한 암을 구비한 이송 장치와, 상기 이송 장치에 의해 물품이 수수되는 물품대를 구비한 이송 시스템에 있어서,상기 물품대에, 물품대의 물품 적재면에 평행하고, 또 상기 이송 장치의 전진/후퇴 방향을 따라 연속선으로 이루어지는 마크를 설치하고,상기 이송 장치의 암에 상기 마크의 높이를 검출하는 센서를 설치함과 아울러, 그 센서에서 검출한 높이를 기억하기 위한 기억수단을 설치하며,또 상기 센서에서 검출한 마크의 높이와 기억수단에서 기억한 마크의 높이의 차로부터, 상기 이송 장치의 경사를 측정하는 경사 검출부를 설치함과 아울러,이송장치의 경사를 해소하도록, 암의 전진/후퇴 중에, 이송 장치를 상기 암의 전진/후퇴 방향을 따라 틸트시키기 위한 틸트수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마크는 상하 평행한 2개의 연속선으로 이루어지며, 상기 센서는 2개의 연속선의 평균 높이를 마크의 높이로서 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 상기 암의 전진/후퇴 방향을 따라 간격을 두고 배치한 적어도 한쌍의 광학 센서로 이루어지고,상기 기억수단은, 암의 전진/후퇴 방향 전방의 광학센서에서 검출한 마크의 높이를 기억함과 아울러, 암의 전진/후퇴 동작 중에는, 암의 전진/후퇴 방향 전방의 광학 센서에서 검출한 마크의 높이와 상기 기억한 높이와의 차를 해소하도록, 상기 틸트수단으로 이송 장치를 암의 전진/후퇴 방향을 따라서 틸트시키고,이송 장치에 의한 암의 승강 중에는, 상기 한쌍의 광학 센서에서 검출한 마크의 높이의 차에 따라서, 상기 틸트수단으로 이송장치를 암의 전진/후퇴 방향을 따라 틸트시키도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 이송 시스템.
