Claims (37)
- 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 시스템에 있어서,밝은 범위 조명으로 상기 복합재 구조물의 일부와 어두운 범위 조명으로 상기 복합재 구조물의 또 다른 부분을 조명하기 위한 광을 방사하기 위해 위치된 적어도 하나의 광원과,상기 복합재 구조물의 조명된 부분의 이미지를 수신하기 위한 적어도 하나의 카메라를 구비하여 구성되고,상기 밝은 범위 조명은 결함이 없는 상기 복합재 구조물의 부분 이외의 상기 복합재 구조물 내의 결함에 따라 다르게 반사되고, 상기 어두운 범위 조명은 이물질 및 파편을 갖지 않은 상기 복합재 구조물의 표면 이외의 상기 복합재 구조물 상의 이물질 및 파편에 따라 다르게 반사되고,상기 복합재 구조물은 공통의 방향으로 배치된 복수의 복합재 스트립을 포함하고,상기 광원은 상기 복합재 스트립이 배치된 공통의 방향과 수직인 방향으로 광을 방사하도록 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이미지를 처리함과 더불어 상기 이미지에 기초하여 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하는 응답을 출력하기 위한 프로세서를 더 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 시스템.

- 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 방법에 있어서,밝은 범위 조명으로 상기 복합재 구조물의 일부를 조명함과 더불어 어두운 범위 조명으로 상기 복합재 구조물의 또 다른 부분도 조명하기 위한 광을 방사하도록 적어도 하나의 광원을 위치시키는 단계와,결함이 없는 상기 복합재 구조물의 부분 이외의 상기 복합재 구조물 내의 결함에 따라 다르게 반사되는 밝은 범위 조명으로 상기 복합재 구조물의 일부를 조명하는 단계와,이물질 및 파편을 갖지 않은 상기 복합재 구조물의 표면 이외의 상기 복합재 구조물 상의 이물질 및 파편에 따라 다르게 반사되는 어두운 범위 조명으로 복합재 구조물의 또 다른 부분을 조명하는 단계,상기 복합재 구조물의 조명된 부분의 이미지를 획득하는 단계,상기 밝은 범위 조명에 의해 조명된 복합재 구조물의 부분의 결함을 확인하기 위해 상기 이미지를 분석하는 단계 및,상기 어두운 범위 조명에 의해 조명된 상기 복합재 구조물의 또 다른 부분의 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위해 상기 이미지를 분석하는 단계를 구비하여 이루어지고,상기 복합재 구조물은 공통의 방향으로 배치된 복수의 복합재 스트립을 포함하고,상기 광원은 상기 복합재 스트립이 배치된 공통의 방향과 수직인 방향으로 광을 방사하도록 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 방법.

- 제31항에 있어서, 밝은 범위 조명과 어두운 범위 조명으로 상기 복합재 구조물의 또 다른 부분을 조명하기 위해 상기 복합재 구조물에 대해 상기 광원을 이동시키는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 방법.
- 제36항에 있어서, 조명된 상기 또 다른 부분의 이미지를 카메라로 획득하기 위해 상기 복합재 구조물에 대해 카메라를 이동시키는 단계를 더 구비하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합재 구조물의 제조중 결함과 이물질 및 파편을 확인하기 위한 방법.
