Claims (9)
- A) 부타디엔계 고무라텍스 20 내지 50 중량%와 비닐단량체 7 내지15 중량%를 가하여 그라프트 중합을 진행하고, 상기 중합 중에 산, 염 또는 고분자 응집제를 투입하여 1단계 그라프트 공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및B) 상기 제조된 1 단계 그라프트 공중합체에 비닐단량체 43 내지 75 중량%를 더 가하고 그라프트 중합하여 2단계 그라프트 공중합체를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지며,상기 A)단계의 비닐단량체는 알킬메타크릴레이트, 아크릴레이트 및 에틸렌 불포화 방향족 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 1종 이상 선택하고,상기 B)단계의 비닐단량체는 방향족 비닐 단량체, 하이드록실기 또는 알콕시기를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴산에스테르를 포함하는 단량체, 시안화 비닐 화합물, (메트)아크릴산, 말레이미드계 화합물로 이루어진 군 중 1종 이상 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 MBS계 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A)단계의 산은 황산, 염산, 술폰산, 말레산, 아세트산, 푸마르산, 이타콘산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 카르복실산, 프로피온산 및 크론톤산으로 이루어진 군 중에서 1종 이상 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 MBS계 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A)단계의 염은 염화나트륨, 염화칼륨, 황산나트륨, 염화칼슘 및 염화알루미늄으로 이루어진 군 중에서 1종 이상 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 MBS계 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 A)단계의 고분자 응집제는 카르복실기를 갖는 불포화산과 아크릴레이트류 단량체, C4 내지C6인 공액 이중결합계 단량체, 모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체, 아크릴로니트릴 단량체 및 메타크릴로니트릴 단량체로 이루어진 군 중에서 1종 이상 선택하여 공중합한 공중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 MBS계 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서상기 B)단계의 그라프트 공중합체 입자의 입경이 0.1 내지 0.3 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 MBS계 충격보강제의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제5항, 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 MBS계 충격보강제 5 내지 50 중량%와 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 50 내지 95 중량%를 함유하는 투명도(Haze) 5.0 이하이고, 상온에서 내충격강도가 500 rpm 이상인 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물은 프로세스 오일, 윤활유, 안료 또는 열안정제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
