Claims (11)
- a) 내층의 입경(Pa)과 외층의 입경(Pb)의 비(Pb/Pa)가 1.05 내지 1.5이고, 내층 또는 외층의 유리전이온도가 -30 ℃ 이하인 다층 구조의 고무라텍스 20 내지 80 중량%; 및 b) 비닐 단량체 20 내지 80 중량%;가 그라프트 중합된열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 입경(Pb)의 비(Pb/Pa)는, 1.1 내지 1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 다층 구조의 고무라텍스는, 공액 디엔계 단량체, 에틸렌 불포화성 방향족 화합물 및 필요에 따라 가교제로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 b)의 비닐단량체는, 방향족 비닐 화합물, 알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, 하이드록시기 또는 알콕시기를 함유하는 (메트)아크릴산에스테르, 시안화 비닐 화합물, (메트)아크릴산 및 말레이미드계 화합물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 공액 디엔계 단량체는, 부타디엔, 이소프렌 및 클로로이소프렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌 불포화성 방향족 화합물은, 스티렌, 알파메틸스티렌, 이소프로필페닐나프탈렌, 비닐나프탈렌, 벤젠고리의 각 수소 중 적어도 하나가 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기로 치환된 알킬스티렌, 및 벤젠고리의 각 수소 중 적어도 하나가 할로겐으로 치환된 알킬스티렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가교제는, 디비닐벤젠, 에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 디에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 1,3-부틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트, 아릴메타크릴레이트 및 1,3-부틸렌글리콜디아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 가교제는, 고무라텍스 제조시 사용되는 총 단량체를 기준으로 5 중량% 이하로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제.
- 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 50 내지 95 중량%와 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제 5 내지 50 중량%를 포함하되,상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지의 굴절률과 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지용 충격보강제의 굴절률 차이가 0.005 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는투명성 및 충격강도가 우수한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 굴절률 차이는, 0.003 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는투명성 및 충격강도가 우수한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물은, 프로세스 오일, 윤활유, 산화방지제, 열안정제, 활제 및 안료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는투명성 및 충격강도가 우수한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물.
