Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 정전용량 센서장치로서,상면(upper side)과 배면(underside)을 갖는 접촉패널;상기 접촉패널의 배면 아래에 선택된 간격(distance)만큼 이격되어 고정적으로 배치되는 지지체; 및상기 지지체로부터 상기 접촉패널의 배면으로 확장되는 압축된 전기 도전성 스프링으로 제조된 센서소자를 포함하고,상기 스프링은 상기 선택된 간격보다 더 긴 비압축 길이(uncompressed length)를 가지며, 상기 스프링은, 압력이 가해질 경우, 상기 접촉패널의 배면 상에 확장된 접촉영역을 형성하도록 평평해지는 플레어부(flared portion)를 갖는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스프링은 나선형 코일로 형성되는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스프링의 플레어부는 가요성 엽상부(flexible leaves)들을 포함하는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 지지체는 회로기판인 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 회로기판은 상기 센서소자의 정전용량을 판정하는 측정회로의 적어도 일부분을 포함하는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스프링은 상기 지지체로부터 상기 접촉패널까지 확장되는 개구를 형성하는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 지지체는 상기 개구를 통해 상기 접촉패널을 백 라이팅(back lighting)하기 위한 광원을 장착한 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 광원은 상기 개구 내로 연장되는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 스프링은 상기 지지체와 오믹접촉(ohmic contact)을 형성하는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 접촉패널은 상기 확장된 접촉영역 부근에서 비도전성 재료로 형성되는 정전용량 센서장치.
- 접촉패널에 인접한 물체의 존재를 탐지하기 위한 정전용량 센서로서,상기 접촉패널, 및상기 접촉패널로부터 인쇄 회로 기판으로 확장되는 전기 도전성 센서 소자 - 상기 인쇄 회로 기판은, 측정회로의 적어도 일부를 포함하며, 선택된 간격만큼 상기 접촉 패널로부터 이격되어 있으며, 상기 센서소자는, 상기 센서소자와 상기 접촉패널 사이에 확장된 접촉영역을 제공하도록 상기 접촉패널에 대해 변형된 상태로 고정되어 있는(fixedly deformed) 플레어부를 포함함 -를 포함하는 정전용량 센서.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 플레어부는 탄성적이어서 상기 패널에 대하여 바이어스(bias)될 수 있는 정전용량 센서.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 센서소자는 상기 플레어부를 정의하기 위해 길이의 적어도 일부분을 따라 증가하는 직경을 갖는 스프링을 포함함으로써, 상기 플레어부는 압력하에서 상기 확장된 접촉영역을 형성하도록 평평해질 수 있는 정전용량 센서.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 센서소자는 상기 플레어부를 정의하기 위한 복수의 가요성 엽상부들을 포함하는 정전용량 센서.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 센서소자는 길이방향 개구를 포함하는 정전용량 센서.

- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 센서소자는 금속성인 정전용량 센서.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,상기 센서소자는 측정회로의 적어도 일부분을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판에 납땜결합되는 정전용량 센서.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 따른 정전용량 센서를 포함하는 정전용량 센서 장치로서,상기 정전용량 센서는 접촉패널과 결합하는 정전용량 센서 장치.
