Claims (19)
- 유황: 0.01~1.0 질량%, 탄소: 0.01~1.0 질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,표면에, 유황 함유 화합물이 피복 또는 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,표면에, 니켈과 유황을 포함하는 화합물층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,유황 함유 화합물에 의해 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 유황 함유 화합물이 유황 함유 유기 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 유황 함유 유기 화합물이 티올계 화합물 또는 티오아미드계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 유황 함유 유기 화합물이 티오요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄산수용액으로 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 2 또는 청구항 4에서,상기 유황 함유 화합물에 의한 처리와 동시에, 또는 유황 함유 화합물에 의한 처리 후에, 산화성 분위기하에서 열처리 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 4 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 니켈 분말이, 염화 니켈 증기의 기상 환원법, 또는 니켈 화합물의 열분해법에 의해 얻어진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말.
- 니켈 분말을 유황 함유 유기 화합물에 의해 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 유황 함유 유기 화합물이 티올계 화합물 또는 티오아미드계 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11에 있어서,상기 유황 함유 유기 화합물이 티오요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11, 13 및 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,탄산수용액으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11, 13 및 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유황 함유 화합물에 의한 처리와 동시에, 또는 유황 함유 화합물에 의해 처리한 후에, 산화성 분위기하에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11, 13 및 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 니켈 분말이 염화 니켈 증기의 기상 환원법, 또는 니켈 화합물의 열분해법에 의해 얻어진 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 11, 13 및 14 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유황 함유 화합물에 의해 처리한 후에, 건조 처리하고, 다음에 산성 분위기하에서 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 18에 있어서, 상기 건조 처리를 200~300℃의 불활성 가스와 접촉시켜 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 니켈 분말의 제조 방법.
