Claims (9)
- 무선 통신 시스템에서 이동단말이 핸드오버 동작을 수행하는 방법에 있어서,상기 이동단말이 서빙 기지국으로부터 적어도 하나의 서비스를 수신하여 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우를 활성화하는 단계;상기 이동단말이 핸드오버 동작을 수행하기 위해 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국을 스캐닝하는 단계;상기 이동단말에서 상기 서빙 기지국으로 핸드오버 요청 메시지를 전송하는 단계; 및상기 이동단말이 상기 서빙 기지국으로부터 서비스수준예측(service level prediction)정보를 포함하는 핸드오버 응답 메시지를 수신하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 서비스수준예측정보는 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각과 관련된 서비스 플로우 정보에 대응하여 상기 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국에서 결정되고,상기 서비스 플로우 정보는 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각에 대한 서비스품질(QoS) 파라미터들, 서비스 플로우 식별자(SFID), 서비스 등급 명칭 및 상기 서비스품질 파라미터들에 각각 대응하는 특정 값들을 포함하며,상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각에 대한 서비스품질 파라미터들은 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각에 대한 지연정보(latency information), 보장된 트래픽 레이트(reserved traffic rate), 필요한 트래픽 레이트(tolerable traffic rate) 및 유지 가능한 트래픽 레이트(sustained traffic rate) 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,상기 서비스수준예측정보는 상기 이동단말을 위한 (1) 모든 서비스 플로우 제공불가, (2) 모든 서비스 플로우 제공 가능, (3) 일부 서비스 플로우제공 가능 및 (4) 서비스수준예측이 불가능함 중 하나를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드오버 수행방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 핸드오버 응답 메시지는 상기 이동단말이 핸드오버 하도록 추천된 타겟 기지국 정보를 포함하는, 핸드오버 수행방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이동단말은 상기 핸드오버 동작을 수행하기 위해 상기 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드오버 수행방법.
- 무선 통신 시스템에서 핸드오버 동작을 제공하는 방법에 있어서,서빙 기지국에서 이동단말로 적어도 하나의 서비스를 제공하여 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우를 활성화하는 단계;상기 이동단말로부터 제 1 핸드오버 요청 메시지를 수신하는 단계;상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각과 관련된 서비스 플로우 정보를 포함하는 제 2 핸드오버 요청 메시지를 백본망을 통해 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국으로 전송하는 단계;상기 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국으로부터 상기 제 2 핸드오버 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 상기 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국에서 상기 서비스 플로우 정보를 기반으로 결정된 서비스수준예측정보를 포함하는 제 2 핸드오버 응답 메시지를 수신하는 단계; 및상기 서비스수준예측정보를 포함하는 제 1 핸드오버 응답 메시지를 상기 서빙 기지국에서 상기 이동단말로 전송하는 단계를 포함하되,상기 서비스 플로우 정보는 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각에 대한 서비스품질(QoS) 파라미터들, 서비스 플로우 식별자(SFID), 서비스 등급 명칭 및 상기 서비스품질 파라미터들에 각각 대응하는 특정 값들을 포함하고,상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각에 대한 서비스품질 파라미터들은 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스 플로우 각각에 대한 지연정보(latency information), 보장된 트래픽 레이트(reserved traffic rate), 필요한 트래픽 레이트(tolerable traffic rate) 및 유지 가능한 트래픽 레이트(sustained traffic rate) 중 하나 이상을 포함하고,상기 서비스수준예측정보는 상기 이동단말을 위한 (1) 모든 서비스 플로우 제공불가, (2) 모든 서비스 플로우 제공 가능, (3) 일부 서비스 플로우제공 가능, 및 (4) 서비스수준예측이 불가능함 중 하나를 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드오버 동작 제공방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제 1 핸드오버 응답 메시지는 상기 이동단말이 핸드오버 하도록 추천된 타겟 기지국 정보를 포함하는, 핸드오버 동작 제공방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 이동단말은 상기 핸드오버 동작을 수행하기 위해 상기 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드오버 동작 제공방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 이동단말로부터 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스를 위한 서비스 요청을 수신하는 단계;상기 요청된 적어도 하나의 서비스를 위해 가용무선자원들이 존재하는지 검사하는 단계;만약 상기 가용무선자원들이 있다면, 상기 적어도 하나의 서비스를 요청한 상기 이동단말로 가용무선자원을 할당하는 단계; 및상기 이동단말로 서비스 승인 메시지를 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 핸드오버 동작 제공방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 서비스 승인 메시지는,상기 요청된 적어도 하나의 서비스에 대한 서비스품질 파라미터; 및상기 요청된 적어도 하나의 서비스의 활성화 가능 여부에 관한 지시 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드오버 동작 제공방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 서빙 기지국은 적어도 하나의 승인된 서비스 플로우에 관한 정보를 상기 적어도 하나의 타겟 기지국으로 주기적으로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 핸드오버 동작 제공방법.
