Abstract
본 발명에 따른 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 스폰지형 중공사막은 여과성능이 우수하고 수투과율이 커서 면적 대비 처리량이 크며, 기계적 강도가 우수하여 내구성 및 경제성이 향상되므로 다양한 형태의 수처리 공정에 적용될 수 있다.

- 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체 3~20중량부, 트리에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트 0.01~3.0중량부 및 N-비닐피롤리돈 0.01~2.0중량부를 포함하는 수계 중합용 조성물을 40~70℃에서 중합하여 고유점도 0.4~0.75㎗/g의 가교 중합체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 가교 중합체가 10~40중량% 포함되어 있는 방사용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 방사용액을 방사하여 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 중공사막을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 중공사막을 20~70℃에서 1~5배 연신하면서 응고하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 중공사막의 표면에 0.01~0.3㎛ 크기의 기공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 스폰지형 중공사막의 제조방법. - 아크릴로니트릴계 단량체를 중합하여 고유점도 0.4~0.75㎗/g의 중합체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 중합체 3~20중량부, 트리에틸렌글리콜디메타크릴레이트 0.01~3.0중량부 및 N-비닐피롤리돈 0.01~2.0중량부를 포함하는 조성물을 50~70℃에서 반응시켜 가교 중합체를 제조하는 단계;
상기 가교 중합체가 10~40중량% 포함되어 있는 방사용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 방사용액을 방사하여 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 중공사막을 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 중공사막을 20~70℃에서 1~5배 연신하면서 응고하는 단계;를 포함하며,
상기 중공사막의 표면에 0.01~0.3㎛ 크기의 기공이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 스폰지형 중공사막의 제조방법. - 청구항 5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
상기 중합체는 아크릴로니트릴 단독 중합체 또는 공단량체로서 메틸아크릴레이트, 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 히드록시 에틸메타크릴레이트, 비닐아세테이트, 비닐피롤리돈, 나트륨 아크릴 설포네이트, 알릴알콜, 메타알릴알콜, 아크릴산, 히드록시 에틸아크릴레이트, 비닐 설폰산, 알릴설폰산, 나트륨 메탈릴 설포네이트, 메탈릴 설폰산, 파라스티렌 설폰산 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 어느 하나를 아크릴로니트릴과 공중합하여 제조되는 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아크릴로니트릴계 스폰지형 중공사막의 제조방법.
