Claims (3)
- Al 함유량이 0.1 내지 3.0%(질량%를 의미, 이하 동일함)인 동시에, Si, Mn, Ni, Cr 및 Mo를 각각 4.0% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음) 포함하고, 또한 C 함유량[C]이 하기 수학식 1 내지 3식의 관계를 만족시키는 용강을, 몰드 분말을 이용하여 연속 주조함에 있어서,상기 몰드 분말로서, T-CaO: 35 내지 55%, SiO2: 10 내지 30%, Al2O3: 4.0% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음), MgO: 0.2 내지 1.0%, Li2O: 7 내지 13%, F: 7 내지 13%, C: 10.5 내지 14%, 및 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고, 하기 수학식 4 및 5를 만족시키는 것을 이용하는 동시에,주형내의 탕면 레벨 변동 속도를 14mm/초 이하로 하고, 주형 폭 방향으로 용강을 토출시키는 동시에, 그 토출 각도가 수평에 대하여 하향 0°이상 55°이하인 침지 노즐을 이용하고, 또한 진폭의 스트로크를 2mm 초과 8mm 이하로 하며, 또한 하기 수학식 6으로 정해지는 네가티브 스트립 시간 tN이 0.28초 이하가 되도록 주형 진동을 부여하면서 조업하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 Al강의 연속 주조방법.[수학식 1]fl-0.10≤[C]≤f2+0.05[수학식 2]f1=0.0828[Si]-0.0195[Mn]+0.07398[Al]-0.04614[Ni]+0.02447[Cr]+0.01851[Mo]+0.090[수학식 3]f2=0.2187[Si]-0.03291[Mn]+0.2017[Al]-0.06715[Ni]+0.04776[Cr]+0.04601[Mo]+0.173[수학식 1 내지 3중, [Si], [Mn], [Al], [Ni], [Cr] 및 [Mo]는 각각 Si, Mn, Ni, Cr 및 Mo의 함유량(질량%)을 나타낸다.][수학식 4]1.6≤[T-CaO]/[SiO2]≤ 5[수학식 5]0.2≤[Li2O]/[SiO2]≤ 1.1[수학식 4 및 5 중, [T-CaO], [SiO2] 및 [Li2O]은 각각 T-CaO, SiO2 및 Li2O의 몰드 분말 중의 함유량(질량%)을 나타낸다.][수학식 6]tN=(1/π·f)cos-1(Vc/π·f·s)[여기서, f: 주형 진동수(Hz), s: 주형 진동시의 주형의 상사점과 하사점 사이의 거리(mm), Vc: 주조편 인발속도(mm/초)를 각각 나타낸다]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,300 내지 1200 가우스의 자속밀도에서 주형내 전자 교반을 행하면서 조업하 는 연속 주조 방법.
- 강의 연속 주조에 사용되는 몰드 분말로서,T-CaO: 35 내지 55%(질량%를 의미, 이하 동일함),SiO2: 10 내지 30%,Al2O3: 4.0% 이하(0%를 포함하지 않음),MgO: 0.2 내지 0.9%,Li2O: 7 내지 13%,F: 7 내지 13%,C: 10.5 내지 14%, 및불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고,하기 수학식 4 및 5를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 용존 Al량이 0.1% 이상인 강을 연속 주조 하기 위한 몰드 분말.[수학식 4]1.6≤[T-CaO]/[SiO2]≤ 5[수학식 5]0.2≤[Li2O]/[SiO2]≤1.1[수학식 4 및 5 중, [T-CaO], [SiO2] 및 [Li2O]는 각각 T-CaO, SiO2 및 Li2O의 몰드 분말 중의 함유량(질량%)을 나타낸다.]
