Claims (11)
- 터보차져의 임펠러(22)를 터보차져 샤프트(14) 상에 결착하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 샤프트(14)의 샤프트 저널(20)에 나사 결합될 수 있는 부시(34), 및 상기 부시(34)가 마찰 방식으로 삽입될 수 있는 중앙 리세스(32)를 가지는 상기 임펠러(22)의 샤프트 측 허브 연장부(30)를 포함하는 결착 장치에 있어서,상기 허브 연장부(30)는, 상기 허브 연장부(30)의 샤프트 측 단부 영역에서는 실린더형 중공체의 형태로 구성되고, 상기 허브 연장부(30)에 마찰 방식으로 연결될 수 있는 압착 슬리브(36)가 상기 허브 연장부(30)상의 외측 상에 방사상으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 샤프트(14)를 지지하는 베어링 요소(16)와 상기 허브 연장부(30) 사이에 축 방향으로 배열되고 끼워 맞추어진 상태에서 상기 부시(34)의 일부 또는 상기 압착 슬리브(36)의 일부에 대항하여 지지되는 보조 베어링(44)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러(22)는, 끼워 맞추어진 상태에서, 고착된 중간 벽(38)을 이용하여 상기 샤프트 측 상에 위치하고 상기 고착된 중간 벽(38)에 인접한 지지 스페이스(42)로부터 분리되고, 상기 중간 벽(38)은 상기 샤프트 측에서 상기 허브 연장부(30)의 뒤에서 상기 부시(34) 및 상기 압착 슬리브(36)와 하나로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 압착 슬리브(36)와 상기 중간 벽(38) 사이 또는 상기 부시(34)와 상기 중간 벽(38) 사이에 밀봉이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 중간 벽(38)에 인접한 상기 압착 슬리브(36) 또는 상기 부시(34)의 측면들은 부분적으로는 미로 밀봉(54)의 일부로서 구성되고, 상기 샤프트 저널(20)을 마주하는 상기 중간 벽(38)의 측면은 부분적으로는 상기 미로 밀봉(54)의 다른 일부로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부시(34)의 내주 상에서의 하나 이상의 중심 정렬 면(52)과 중심 정렬 방식으로 상호 작용하는 하나 이상의 중심 정렬 면(52)이 상기 샤프트 저널(20)의 외주 상에 제공되고, 하나 이상의 나사산(50)이 축 방향으로 상기 중심 정렬 면(52)에 인접한 상기 샤프트 저널(20)의 외주 및 상기 부시(34)의 내주 상에 배열되고, 이들 나사산(50)은 임펠러(22)와 샤프트(14) 간의 회전 가능하게 고정된 연결을 만들어내고 상기 부시(34)의 방사상 내부 축 방향 범위의 1/3 내지 2/3에 해당하는 축 방향 범위를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 부시(34)는 상이한 내경을 갖는 부분(a, b, c)을 갖고, 상기 부분(a, b, c)은 축 방향으로 차례로 배열되고, 상기 내경은 상기 임펠러(22)를 향하여 감소하고 상기 샤프트 저널(20)에 대하여 직경 상으로 대향되도록 구성되고, 상기 샤프트 저널(20)에 나사 조립하기 위한 암 나사산(50)은 큰 직경을 가지는 부분(b) 상에 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부시(34)는 축 방향으로 연장하는 부시 슬리브(46)와 방사상 밖으로 돌출하는 환형 플랜지(48)를 가지고, 상기 플랜지(48)는, 끼워 맞추어진 상태에서, 상기 허브 연장부(30)의 샤프트 측 단부 면에 대항하여 지지되고 상기 허브 연장부(30)의 외경에 일치하는 외경을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 결착 장치.
