Claims (3)
- 피험자에 대하여 참조 정보 취득을 위한 자극을 주는 제 1 자극 부여 수단과,피험자에 대하여 상태 정보 취득을 위한 자극을 주는 제 2 자극 부여 수단과,상기 제 1 자극 부여 수단으로 준 자극 및 상기 제 2 자극 부여 수단으로 준 자극에 대한 피험자의 반응을 피험자의 생리지표에 의하여 검출하되, 상기 피험자의 능동적인 조작을 수반하지 아니하고 상기 피험자의 반응을 검출하는 자극 반응 검출 수단과,상기 제 1 자극 부여 수단으로 준 자극에 대한 피험자의 생리반응과 상기 제 2 자극 부여 수단으로 준 자극에 대한 피험자의 생리반응과의 비교에 의거하여 피험자의 상태를 판정하는 상태 판정 수단을 구비하고,상기 상태 판정 수단은, 피험자가 평상상태일 때에 상기 제1 자극부여수단으로 준 자극에 대한 피험자의 생리반응에 의거하여 기준값을 설정하고, 상기 제2 자극부여수단으로 준 자극에 대한 피험자의 생리반응에 의거하여 평가값을 설정하며, 상기 기준값에 대한 상기 평가값의 상대값에 의거하여 피험자의 상태를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사람의 상태 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 자극 부여 수단으로 주는 자극은, 주기적으로 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사람의 상태 검출 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 자극 부여 수단으로 주는 자극은, 상기 제 2 자극 부여 수단으로 자극을 주기 이전에 주어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 사람의 상태 검출 장치.
