Description
Claims (11)
- 투명기판과,상기 투명기판 상에 형성되며, 제1 방향을 따라 연결되도록 형성된 다수의 제1 감지패턴들(X 패턴들)과,상기 제1 감지패턴들 상에 형성된 제1 절연막과,상기 제1 절연막 상에 형성되며, 제2 방향을 따라 연결되도록 형성되되 상기 제1 감지패턴들과 중첩되지 않도록 상기 제1 감지패턴들과 교호적으로 배치된 다수의 제2 감지패턴들(Y 패턴들)과,상기 제1 및 제2 감지패턴들이 형성되는 영역의 가장자리에 배치되어 상기 하나의 열 또는 행 단위의 감지패턴들을 이와 대응되는 위치 검출라인들과 전기적으로 연결하는 다수의 금속패턴들이 포함되며,상기 제1, 2 감지패턴들은 투명 전극물질로 형성되고, 상기 금속패턴들은 상기 투명 전극물질보다 면저항이 낮은 저저항 재료로 형성되는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연막은 400 내지 1000 Å 두께의 투명 절연물질로 형성된 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 감지패턴들 각각은, X 좌표가 동일한 하나의 열 또는 Y 좌표가 동일한 하나의 행 단위로 서로 연결되도록 형성되는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 감지패턴들 상에 형성된 제2 절연막을 더 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명기판의 하부면에 형성된 투명 접지전극을 더 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널.
- 투명기판의 일면에 제1 방향을 따라 연결되는 다수의 제1 감지패턴들(X 패턴들)을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1 감지패턴들 상에 제1 절연막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제1 절연막 상에 제2 방향을 따라 연결되도록 형성되며, 상기 제1 감지패턴들과 중첩되지 않도록 배치되는 다수의 제2 감지패턴들(Y 패턴들)을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제1 및 제2 감지패턴들이 형성되는 영역의 가장자리에 배치되는 다수의 금속패턴들을 형성하는 단계가 포함되며,상기 제1, 2 감지패턴들은 투명 전극물질로 형성되고, 상기 금속패턴들은 상기 투명 전극물질보다 면저항이 낮은 저저항 재료로 형성되는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 감지패턴들은 패터닝과 동시에 상기 제1 방향 또는 상기 제2 방향을 따라 연결되는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연막은 프린팅 기법을 이용하여 형성되는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 감지패턴들 상에 프린팅 기법을 이용하여 제2 절연막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 투명기판의 타면에 투명 접지전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 터치 스크린 패널의 제조방법.
