Claims (5)
- 초조시 절대건조펄프에 대한 황산반토의 첨가율이 3.0중량%(AL2O3·14H2O로서 50중량%의 것) 미만인 신문인쇄 용지원지에 다음 성분 (A) 및 성분 (B)를 함유하는 표면 처리제를 도포, 건조, 캘린더 처리하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문 용지.성분 (A):전분류, 폴리비닐알코올류, 폴리아크릴아미드류, 셀룰로오스 유도체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종류 이상의 수용성 고분자 물질.성분 (B):하기의 성분 (a), 성분 (b)를 공중합하여 얻어진 공중합물, 또는 성분 (a), 성분 (b), 하기 성분 (c)를 공중합하여 얻어진 공중합물, 또는 이들 공중합물 중 성분 (b)가 제3급 아민기 함유 비닐 모노머를 사용한 공중합물을 하기 성분 (d)로 제4급화한 공중합물이고 카티온화도가 1.3~3.0meg/g인, 수용성의 표면 사이즈제.성분 (a):스티렌계 모노머스티렌, α-메틸스티렌, 클로로스티렌, 시아노스티렌으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 스티렌계 모노머.성분 (b):카티온성 모노머제1급 아미노기, 제2급 아미노기, 제3급 아미노기, 제4급 암모늄기 중 어느 하나를 함유하는 비닐 모노머.성분 (c):그 외의 소수성 모노머공중합 가능한 모노머로서, 메타크릴산에스테르류, 아크릴산에스테르류로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 소수성 모노머.성분 (d):4급화제에피클로로히드린, 염화비닐, 염화에틸, 염화벤질, 디메틸황산, 디에틸황산, 옥시드류, 에폭시 화합물, 유기 할로겐화물로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 4급화제.다만 하기 (가)의 신문 용지 또는 하기 (나)의 신문 용지는 제외된다.(가) 신문인쇄용 원지에 (ⅰ) 질소함량이 0.1중량% 이상의 카티온 전분.(ⅱ) 탄산 지르코늄염 및 (ⅲ) a) 스티렌계 불포화 단량체와 b) 카티온성 단량체, c) 카티온성 계면 활성제, d) 카티온성 중합개시제 중에서 적어도 어느 하나와 중합된 카티온성 폴리스틸렌입자를 함유하는 도공층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 옵셋 인쇄용 신문 용지.(나) 카르복실기 또는 그의 염, 3급 아민기 또는 4급 암모늄염기를 갖는 비닐단량체 중에서 적어도 1종을 5~70중량% 및 상기 비닐단량체와 공중함 가능한 α,β-에틸렌성 단량체 30~95중량%로 된 공중합체의 수용성 수용액 또는 수분산액과 함께 수용성 지르코니움 화합물을 함유하는 제지용 표면 사이즈제 조성물을 도포한 신문 용지.

- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성의 표면 사이즈제의 평균 입자 직경이 동적 광 산란법으로 40nm인 것을 특징으로 하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문 용지.

- 제1항에 있어서, 신문 용지 원지가 중성 초지로 초조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오프셋 인쇄용 신문 용지.
