Claims (11)
- 고로슬래그, 플라이애쉬 및 메타카올린 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 원재료와 나트륨비함유 알칼리성무기질재료를 포함하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 결합재;모래, 폐주물사, 석분 또는 인공경량골재 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 잔골재; 및물;을 포함하는데,상기 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 결합재는 상기 나트륨 비함유 알칼리성 무기질 재료로 수산화바륨을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 결합재는 상기 원재료 100중량부당 상기 나트륨 비함유 알칼리성 무기질 재료 0.5 내지 20중량부가 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품 .
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 결합재는 상기 나트륨 비함유 알칼리성 무기질 재료로 수산화칼슘 및 석고 중 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성결합재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 수산화칼슘은 상기 원재료 100중량부당 0.5 내지 15중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성결합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수산화바륨은 상기 원재료 100중량부당 0.5 내지 5중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성결합재.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 석고는 상기 원재료 100중량부당 0.5 내지 5중량부 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성결합재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 결합재는 규산나트륨, 황산나트륨, 분말형의 수산화나트륨, 액상형의 물유리 및 액상형의 수산화나트륨 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하는 나트륨계 무기질 재료를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 알칼리활성결합재에서 상기 나트륨계 알칼리성 무기질재료에 포함된 Na 또는 Na2O 대 원재료의 중량비가 0.005 내지 0.14인 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 원재료가 고로슬래그인 경우, 상기 나트륨계 알칼리성 무기질재료에 포함된 Na 또는 Na2O 대 원재료의 중량비가 0.005 내지 0.088인 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 원재료가 플라이애쉬인 경우, 상기 나트륨계 알칼리성 무기질재료에 포함된 Na 또는 Na2O 대 원재료의 중량비가 0.088 내지 0.14인 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품은 65℃이하의 온도에서 증기 양생하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 무시멘트 알칼리 활성 조적제품.
