Claims (7)
- 고로수쇄 슬래그 45 내지 80 중량%와, 플라이애시 5 내지 20 중량%와, 천연무수석고 5 내지 20 중량%와, 저온소성 석회석 10 내지 40 중량%를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 고로수쇄 슬래그는 분말도가가 4,500 내지 8,000g/cm2이고, 상기 플라이애시는 펫트로 코크스를 연료로 사용하는 유동층상 보일러에서 발생하는 플라이애시를 포함하는 고강도 결합재 조성물에 있어서,
상기 저온소성 석회석은 석회석 채광 후 산화칼슘의 함량이 35 중량% 이하인 저급 석회석을 500~900℃에서 20 내지 40분간 소성한 석회석으로 이루어지고,
상기 저온소성 석회석은, 채광 후 산화칼슘의 함량이 35 중량% 이하로 낮아 폐기 또는 방치되는 저급 석회석을 소성하여 제조된 재료이고,
상기 저급 석회석을 칼슘이온이 용출되기 쉬운 형태로 변경시키도록 500~900℃에서 20 내지 40분간 소성하여 산화칼슘과 칼슘 실리케이트 상태로 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 결합재 조성물.
