- 유기막이 그 표면에 형성된 유기막 형성체에 열 에너지를 가하고, 이 형성된 유기막을 상기 유기막 형성체 표면으로부터 피열전사 대상체의 표면에 열전사시켜서 유기막 피열전사체를 제조하는 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 피열전사 대상체의 표면에 대해서, 열전사 전의 열전사 대상 개소의 바깥 가장자리보다도 높게 한 단차 구조를 열전사 대상 개소의 바깥 가장자리보다도 바깥쪽에 있어서 적어도 일부분에 설치한 구조로 하고,상기 유기막을 피열전사 대상체의 표면에 열전사시켜서 유기막 피열전사체를 제조하는 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 에너지는 광 에너지를 공급하고, 이 공급한 광 에너지를 열 에너지로 변환해서 상기 열전사하는 것인 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 광 에너지의 공급은 레이저 광선의 조사에 의한 것인 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단차 구조는 상기 피열전사 대상체의 표면에 볼록부를 설치해서 이루어진 것인 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피열전사 대상체는 유리 기판 또는 수지 기판인 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유기막은 유기 EL 표시장치의 제조에 사용하는 유기막인 유기막 피열전사체의 제조 방법.
- 유기막이 그 표면에 형성된 유기막 형성체에 열 에너지를 가하고, 그 형성된 유기막을 상기 유기막 형성체 표면으로부터 피열전사 대상체의 표면에 열전사시킨 유기막 피열전사체에 있어서,상기 피열전사 대상체의 표면에 대해서, 열전사 전의 열전사 대상 개소의 바깥 가장자리보다도 높은 단차 구조를 상기 열전사 대상 개소의 바깥 가장자리보다도 바깥쪽에 있어서 적어도 일부분에 설치한 구조로 되어서 이루어진 유기막 피열전사체.
