- 폴리올 블렌드 및 이소시아네이트 또는 프레폴리머를 포함하는 이성분 폴리우레탄 수지를 혼합하는 단계, 수지를 충돌 혼합을 이용하며 500 psi (3447 kPa)를 초과하는 압력에서 작동하는 헤드에 의해 분사하여, 수지를 기재의 첫번째 면에 도포하는 단계, 수지 코팅된 기재를 열성형 용구에 옮기는 단계, 수지 코팅된 기재를 복합재로 성형하는 단계, 성형 용구로부터 복합재를 제거하고 복합재를 트리밍하는 단계를 포함하는, 방음용의 삼차원적 복합재의 제조 방법.
- 폴리올 블렌드 및 이소시아네이트 또는 프레폴리머를 포함하는 이성분 폴리우레탄 수지를 혼합하는 단계, 수지를 고정 혼합기가 있으며 150 psi (1034 kPa) 미만의 압력에서 작동하는 헤드에 의해 분사하여, 수지를 기재의 첫번째 면에 도포하는 단계, 수지 코팅된 기재를 열성형 용구에 옮기는 단계, 수지 코팅된 기재를 복합재로 성형하는 단계, 성형 용구로부터 복합재를 제거하고 복합재를 트리밍하는 단계를 포함하는, 방음용의 삼차원적 복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 수지를 150 내지 1500 g/㎡의 양으로 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방음용의 삼차원적 복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 기재가 천연 섬유 매트, 합성 섬유 매트, 재생모직 패드, 연질 폴리우레탄 폼, 경질 성형성 폴리우레탄 폼 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 기재 중량이 400 내지 1200 g/㎡인 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유 매트가 0.01 내지 50 중량%의 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스테르를 포함하며, 섬유 매트가 400 내지 1200 g/㎡의 면적 중량을 갖는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 연질 폴리우레탄 폼이 12 내지 75 kg/㎥의 밀도를 갖는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 경질 성형성 폴리우레탄 폼이 10 내지 40 kg/㎥의 밀도를 갖는 방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 블렌드가 30 내지 60 중량%의 폴리올 혼합물 및 25 내지 55 중량%의 이소시아네이트를 포함하는 방법.
