Claims (12)
- 노트북용 디스플레이 보호 윈도우에 있어서,상기 윈도우는베이스 기판과;상기 기판 상면 및 배면에 형성된 보호 코팅층을 포함하되;상기 기판 상면 또는 배면에 형성된 보호 코팅층은하드 코팅층, 난반사 코팅층, 대전방지 코팅층 및 오염 방지 코팅층 중 선택된 어느 하나 또는 2개의 코팅층으로 구성되고;상기 기판 상면 및 배면에 형성된 보호 코팅층이 하드 코팅층으로만 구성된 경우 상기 기판 상면 또는 배면 중 일면이 무반사 코팅층으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 노트북용 디스플레이 보호 윈도우.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 기판은PC, PMMA 및 PC와 PMMA가 혼합된 재료 중 선택된 어느 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 노트북용 디스플레이 보호 윈도우.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베이스 기판이 PC와 PMMA가 혼합된 재료로 형성된 경우상기 PC와 PMMA의 혼합 비율은 9 : 1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 노트북용 디스플레이 보호 윈도우.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 기판 상면 및 배면의 상기 보호 코팅층이 하드 코팅층으로 구성된 경우,상기 하드 코팅층은올리고머가 25 ~ 45% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 하드 코팅층은1um ~ 10nm 크기의 알루미나 졸(alumina sol)이 0.05~ 0.1% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 기판 상면 또는 배면중 어느 하나가 난반사 코팅층으로 구성되고, 나머지 다른 하나가 하드 코팅층으로 구성된 경우,상기 하드 코팅층은1um ~ 10nm 크기의 실리카 입자가 5 ~ 9% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보호코팅층이 대전방지 코팅층으로 형성된 경우,상기 대전방지 코팅층은4차-에토설페이트(Quaternary ethosulfate)가 1 ~ 3% 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 베이스 기판 상면이 오염방지 코팅층으로 구성되고, 배면이 하드 코팅층 또는 난반사 코팅층으로 형성된 경우,상기 오염방지 코팅층은폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산 또는 플루오린 변성 실리콘이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 폴리에테르 변성 폴리디메틸실록산은0.1 ~ 1.5 % 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 플루오린 변성 실리콘은0.05 ~ 1.0 % 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 보호용 윈도우.
