・光重合開始剤 2.14部
(商品名:イルガキュアー184 チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカルズ社製)

樹脂用塗料成分を実施例1と同様とし、TAC上への塗布厚を変更した。
このようにして、厚さ4.4μmの樹脂層を有する比較例1の光学積層フィルムを得た。
〔比較例2〕
樹脂層用塗料成分を下記に変更した以外は実施例と同様にした。
・エポキシアクリレート系UV樹脂 45部
(商品名:KR−566 固形分95%溶液 屈折率1.52 旭電化工業社製)
・架橋アクリルビーズ 0.75部
(商品名:MX150 屈折率1.49 粒子径1.5μm 綜研化学社製)
・架橋アクリルビーズ 0.75部
(商品名:MX220 屈折率1.49 粒子径2.2μm 綜研化学社製)
・架橋アクリルビーズ 0.75部
(商品名:MX300 屈折率1.49 粒子径3.0μm 綜研化学社製)
・メチルイソブチルケトン 33部
・トルエン 22部
このようにして、厚さ2.7μmの樹脂層を有する比較例1の光学積層フィルムを得た。
ヘイズ値は、JIS K7105に従い、ヘイズメーター(商品名:NDH2000、日本電色社製)を用いて測定した。
内部ヘイズを測定する際に使用した粘着剤付透明性シートは、以下の通りである。
透明性シート:成分 ポリエチレンテレフタラート(PET)
厚さ 38μm
粘着材層 :成分 アクリル系粘着剤
厚さ 10μm
粘着剤付透明性シートのヘイズ 3.42
全光線透過率は、JIS K7105に従い、上記ヘイズメーターを用いて測定した。
透過像鮮明度は、JIS K7105に従い、写像性測定器(商品名:ICM−1DP、スガ試験機社製)を用い、測定器を透過モードに設定し、光学くし幅0.5mmにて測定した。
平均傾斜角度は、ASME95に従い、表面粗さ測定器(商品名:サーフコーダSE1700α、小坂研究所社製)を用いて平均傾斜を求め、次式に従って平均傾斜角度を算出した。
平均傾斜角度=tan−1(平均傾斜)
RaおよびSmは、JIS B0601−1994に従い、上記表面粗さ測定器を用いて測定した。
マクベス反射濃度は、JIS K 7654に従い、マクベス反射濃度計(商品名:RD−914、サカタエンジニアリング社製)を用い、実施例および各比較例の光学積層フィルムの透光性基体の樹脂層とは反対側の面をマジックインキ(登録商標)で黒塗りした後、樹脂層表面のマクベス反射濃度を測定した。
Claims (3)
- 透光性基体上に、透光性樹脂微粒子を含む放射線硬化型樹脂層が1層積層されている光学積層フィルムにおいて、前記光学積層フィルムは、次式(1)〜(4)を充足する内部ヘイズ値(X)と全ヘイズ値(Y)を有すると共に、前記樹脂層の最表面に平均傾斜角が0.4〜1.2°の微細な凹凸形状を有することを特徴とする光学積層フィルム。

15≦X≦23.33 (4) - 前記微細な凹凸形状の凹凸平均間隔(Sm)が50〜200μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の光学積層フィルム。
- 前記樹脂層の上層に低反射層を設けることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の光学積層フィルム。
