Claims (10)
- 이동체에 있어서,상기 이동체의 구동력을 발생하는 구동력 발생장치와,상기 구동력 발생장치에 전력을 공급 가능한 축전장치와,상기 구동력 발생장치에 전력을 공급 가능한 연료전지와,상기 구동력 발생장치의 구동을 제어하는 제어장치를 구비하고,상기 제어장치는, 상기 이동체의 시동시에 상기 이동체가 내리막길에 위치하는 경우에는, 상기 축전장치의 전력 공급에 의하여 상기 구동력 발생장치를 구동하기 시작하는 것을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는, 상기 이동체의 시동시에 상기 이동체가 내리막길에 위치하는 경우에는, 상기 연료전지의 기동 완료 후에 상기 구동력 발생장치를 구동하기 시작하는 것을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는, 상기 이동체의 시동시에 상기 이동체가 내리막길에 위치하는 경우에는, 상기 연료전지의 기동 완료와 동시에 상기 구동력 발생장치를 구동하기 시작하는 것을 허가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는, 상기 이동체의 시동시에 상기 이동체가 구배가 작거나 또는 거의 없는 통상의 노면에 위치하는 경우에는, 상기 축전장치의 전력 공급에 의하여 상기 구동력 발생장치를 구동하기 시작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는, 상기 구동력 발생장치에 대한 전력 공급을, 상기 축전장치로부터 상기 연료전지로 변환하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 축전장치는, 상기 연료전지보다도 먼저 상기 구동력 발생장치에 전력을 공급 가능하게 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,노면에 대한 상기 이동체의 경사를 검출하는 제 1 검출장치를 구비하고,상기 제어장치는, 상기 제 1 검출장치의 검출 결과에 의거하여, 상기 축전장치의 전력 공급에 의하여 상기 구동력 발생장치를 구동하기 시작하는 것을 금지할지 또는 허가할지를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1 검출장치는, 노면에 대한 상기 이동체의 진행방향의 경사를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이동체가 상기 내리막길을 오르는 방향으로 발진하는 것인지, 또는 내려가는 방향으로 발진하는 것인지를 검출하는 제 2 검출장치를 구비하고,상기 제어장치는, 상기 제 2 검출장치에 의하여 상기 이동체가 상기 비탈길을 내려가는 방향으로 발진하는 것이 검출된 경우에, 상기 축전장치의 전력 공급에 의하여 상기 구동력 발생장치를 구동하기 시작하는 것을 금지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항, 제 7항, 제 8항 또는 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이동체는 차량인 것을 특징으로 하는 이동체.
