Claims (4)
- 순철 또는 철계합금인 철기지용 분말과 소결조제용 분말을 혼합 및 성형하여 성형체를 제작한 후 상기 성형체를 소결하는 필터용 철계 다공질 소결체의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 철기지용 분말은 평균입자크기가 100메쉬 이상 10메쉬 이하인 조대 구형 분말이며,상기 소결조제용 분말은 평균입자크기가 250메쉬 이상 100메쉬 이하인 망간 분말로서 상기 철기지용 분말에 대하여 1wt%~5wt%로 혼합되며,상기 성형체의 소결은 1100℃~1350℃사이에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터용 철계 다공질 소결체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 철기지용 분말은 평균입자크기가 40메쉬 이상 10메쉬 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 필터용 철계 다공질 소결체의 제조 방법.
