Claims (16)
- 망간 및 알칼리토금속류로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 금속을 함유하는 화합물 및 적어도 하나의 황 공여물질을 포함하는 제1철 기반 분말의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계: 및 상기 분말 혼합물을 가압하고 가압된 분말혼합물을 소결하되, 대기압 하에서의 소결 중에 상기 화합물과 상기 황 공여물질과의 화학반응으로 적어도 하나인 금속의 황화물이 소결물질 내에 생성되도록 하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토금속은 칼슘 및 마그네슘을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토금속화합물이 탄산염인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 황 공여물질이 몰리브덴 이황화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황 공여금속이 화학양론적으로 과잉되게 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 내에, 망간 및 알칼리토금속을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 화합물이 최대 5중량%까지 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토금속화합물이 0.1중량% 내지 3.0중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토금속화합물이 0.2중량% 내지 1.5중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 몰리브덴 이황화물이 0.1중량% 내지 3중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물 내에 또한 탄소가 0.5중량% 내지 2.0중량% 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가압된 혼합물이 1000℃이상의 온도에서 소결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 금속 황화물이 매트릭스 전체에 걸쳐 분포된 입자가 세밀하게 분포되되, 상기 입자의 크기가 25μm이하인 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조된 소결된 제1철 기반 물질.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속 황화물 입자의 대부분이 최대 디멘젼에 있어 10μm이하이고 최대 입자크기는 20μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결된 제1철 기반 물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황 공여물질이 몰리브덴 이황화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 황 공여물질이 몰리브덴 이황화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 황 공여금속이 화학양론적으로 과잉되게 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 제1철 기반 물질의 가공성을 개선하는 방법.
