Abstract
Description
Claims (23)
- A) 금속과 합성수지의 두 물질의 결합으로 이루어지고,B) 뼈 고정 디바이스를 삽입시키기 위한 축(3)을 구비하고 임플란트를 관통하는 적어도 하나의 통로(2)를 포함하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트에 있어서;C) 상기 통로(2)는, 외형체(4)를 감싸는 임플란트 물질(1)과 다른 물질로 성형되는 외형체(4)에 구비되고;D) 상기 외형체(4)의 외형은 임플란트의 합성수지재(7)에 일체형으로 견고하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체는 링형상 또는 슬리브형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체(4)는 다각형 외형을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 임플란트는 뼈에 접촉되는 상면(6)과 저면(5)을 구비하고, 상기 상면(6)과 저면(5)을 연결하는 통로(2)를 구비하는 본 플레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체(4)는 금속 또는 합금으로 성형되고, 상기 외형체를 감싸는 물질은 합성수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체(4)는 합성수지로 성형되고, 상기 외형체(4)를 감싸는 물질은 금속 또는 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지는 폴리아릴에테르케톤(PAEK) 족에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지는 PEEK인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지는 카본 파이버 또는 PEEK 파이버로 보강되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 티타늄 합금 또는 임플란트 스틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지로 만들어지는 임플란트의 요소는 티타늄 또는 히드록시아파타이트 층으로 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외형체(4)는, 뼈 고정 디바이스를 위한 슬리브 형상의 연장부(8)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 연장부(8)는 상기 외형체(4)에 형성되고, 양자는 합성수지로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체는 금속 또는 합금으로 만들어지고, 외형체를 둘러싸는 합성수지재에서 상면에 대하여 낮게 세팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체(4)는 금속 또는 합금으로 만들어지고, 외형체를 둘러싸는 합성수지재에서 상면에 대하여 높게 세팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체는, 플레이트 레벨에 대하여 0.1°~20°의 각도 범위로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 뼈 고정용 디바이스를 삽입하기 위한 축(3)을 구비하고, 임플란트를 관통하는 적어도 두개의 통로(2)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 임플란트를 관통하는 적어도 두개의 통로(2)는, 외형체를 감싸는 다른 재질로 형성되는 임플란트 물질과 다른 재질로 형성되는 외형체(4) 외주면에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외형체(4)의 외주는, 임플란트(1)를 관통하는 복수개의 통로(2)에 의하여 서로 하나로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 뼈 고정용 임플란트는 상기 외형체(4)를 복수 개 포함하여 구성되고,복수 개의 외형체(4)의 외주는 그리드 형태로 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트와 관련하여 다축 방향으로 위치하고 상기 통로(2) 속으로 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 뼈 고정용 디바이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임플란트와 안정된 각도로 연결되고, 상기 통로(2) 속으로 삽입되는 적어도 하나의 뼈 고정용 디바이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정용 임플란트.
