Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 피드스루(feed-through)(5)를 구비하는 방전 램프(discharge lamp)를 위한 단부 마감 부재(end closure member)(1)로서,상기 단부 마감 부재(1)는 적어도 하나의 관통 피드스루 개구(through-going feed-through opening)(2)를 갖고, 상기 관통 피드스루 개구(2) 단면은 상기 단부 마감 부재(1)의 세로축을 따라 변하며, 최대 관통 피드스루 개구 단면의 면적과 최소 관통 피드스루 개구 단면의 면적 간 차이는 1.5 mm2 이상이며, 최대 관통 피드스루 개구 단면의 면적 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 단부 마감 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최대 관통 피드스루 개구 단면의 면적과 최소 관통 피드스루 개구 단면의 면적 간 차이는 5.0 mm2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 단부 마감 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 단부 마감 부재(1)는 금속, 금속 합금, 코팅 금속, 금속 조립체 또는 초내열성(cermet) 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는, 단부 마감 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단부 마감 부재(1)는 관 모양인 것을 특징으로 하는, 단부 마감 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 단부 마감 부재(1) 피드스루 입구 개구(8) 단면은 상기 피드스루 출구 개구(9) 단면보다 크고, 상기 피드스루 입구 개구(8)는 상기 방전 램프의 공동으로부터의 대향 면을 마주하는 피드스루 개구이며, 상기 피드스루 출구 개구(9)는 상기 공동을 마주하는 피드스루 개구인, 단부 마감 부재.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 세로 피드스루 개구(2) 단면은 원뿔, 포물선, 쌍곡선, 타원, 반구, Y 형상(profile), X 형상, T 형상, 또는 V 형상의 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 단부 마감 부재.
- 연결 수단(10)을 구비한 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 단부 마감 부재(1)로서,상기 연결 수단을 통해 피드스루(5)는 피드스루 개구(2)에 기밀하게(gas-tightly) 연결되고, 이러한 기밀한 연결은, 피드스루 출구 개구(9)의 영역에 적어도 인접하게 형성되고, 상기 피드스루 출구 개구(9)는 방전 램프의 공동을 마주하는 피드스루 개구인, 단부 마감 부재.
- 방전 램프로서,이러한 방전 램프를 위한 제1항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 단부 마감 부재(1)를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 피드스루(5)를 구비하는, 방전 램프.
- 적어도 하나의 피드스루(5)를 구비하는 방전 램프를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방전 램프는,a) 방전 램프를 위한 제1항에 기재된 적어도 하나의 단부 마감 부재(1)와,b) 적어도 하나의 단부 개구(4)를 구비한 적어도 하나의 방전관(3)을 포함하는, 적어도 하나의 피드스루(5)를 구비하는 방전 램프를 제조하는 방법으로서,i) 상기 방전관(3)을 단부 마감 부재(1)의 적어도 하나의 피드스루 개구(2)를 통해 이온화 가능 충전물로 충전하는 단계와,ii) 피드스루(5)를 상기 피드스루 개구(2) 안에 배열해서 상기 피드스루 개구(2)를 밀폐시킨 다음, 상기 피드스루(5)를 상기 단부 마감 부재(1)와 기밀하게 연결해서, 방전 램프를 얻는 단계를 포함하는, 방전 램프를 제조하는 방법.
