Description
Claims (15)
- 기판;상기 기판상에 형성되고, 빛을 방출하는 복수 개의 유기 발광부를 갖는 디스플레이부;상기 디스플레이부 상부에 배치된 봉지부재;상기 디스플레이부의 비발광부 상에 형성되는 흡광 패턴부; 및상기 비발광부에 대응되며 상기 흡광 패턴부에 마주보도록 상기 봉지부재의 일면에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스;를 구비하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흡광 패턴부는 상기 유기 발광부들 각각을 한정하도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흡광 패턴부는 상기 유기 발광부들 각각에서 방출되는 빛이 서로 섞이는 것을 방지하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광부들 각각에 대응되도록 상기 봉지부재의 일면에 형성되는 컬러 필터를 더 구비하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 기판;상기 기판 상부에 이격되어 배치되는 봉지부재;상기 기판 상에 형성된 화소 전극;상기 화소 전극 상에 형성되며 상기 화소 전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 화소 정의막;상기 노출된 화소 전극 상에 형성된 발광층을 갖는 중간층;상기 화소 정의막 및 상기 중간층 상에 형성되는 대향 전극;상기 화소 정의막 상에 대응되도록 상기 대향 전극 상에 형성되는 흡광 패턴부; 및상기 화소 정의막에 대응되며 상기 흡광 패턴부와 마주보도록 상기 봉지부재의 일면에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스;를 구비하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 흡광 패턴부는 상기 중간층을 한정하도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 흡광 패턴부는 상기 중간층에서 방출되는 빛이 서로 섞이는 것을 방지하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 화소 정의막에 대응되도록 상기 봉지부재의 일면에 형성되는 컬러 필터를 더 구비하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 기판;상기 기판 상부에 이격되어 배치되는 봉지부재;상기 기판 상에 형성된 화소 전극;상기 화소 전극 상에 형성되며 상기 화소 전극의 일부분을 노출시키는 화소 정의막;상기 노출된 화소 전극 상에 형성된 발광층을 갖는 중간층;상기 화소 정의막 상에 형성된 흡광 패턴부;상기 중간층 및 상기 흡광 패턴부를 덮도록 형성된 대향 전극; 및상기 화소 정의막에 대응되며 상기 흡광 패턴부와 마주보도록 상기 봉지부재의 일면에 형성되는 블랙 매트릭스;를 구비하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 흡광 패턴부는 상기 중간층을 한정하도록 형성되는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 흡광 패턴부는 상기 중간층에서 방출되는 빛이 서로 섞이는 것을 방지하는 유기 발광 디스플레이 장치.
