Claims (6)
- 유기 발광 소자를 포함하는 화소가 형성된 기판;상기 화소를 덮으면서 상기 기판의 전면 위에 형성된 봉지층; 및상기 봉지층과 상기 유기 발광 소자 사이에 형성된 트리스-8-하이드록시퀴놀린 알루미늄(Alq3)막을 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 봉지층이 무기막과 유기막의 적층 구조로 이루어지는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 무기막과 상기 유기막이 각각 1회 이상 교대로 형성되는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 트리스-8-하이드록시퀴놀린 알루미늄(Alq3)막과 상기 유기 발광 소자 사이에 형성되고 상기 트리스-8-하이드록시퀴놀린 알루미늄(Alq3)막보다 큰 굴절률을 가지는 캡핑층을 더욱 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광 소자가 제1 화소 전극, 유기 발광층 및 제2 화소 전극이 순차적으로 적층된 구조로 이루어지는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1 항에 있어서,상기 화소가 상기 유기 발광 소자와 전기적으로 연결되는 박막 트랜지스터를 더욱 포함하는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
