Claims (8)
- 제 1 기판;상기 제 1 기판 상에 형성되며, 제 1 전극, 유기 발광층 및 제 2 전극을 포함하는 복수의 발광 소자;상기 복수의 발광 소자를 포함하는 상기 제 1 기판과 대향하도록 배치된 제 2 기판;상기 복수의 발광 소자 사이의 상기 제 2 전극과 대응하도록 상기 제 2 기판에 형성된 스페이서; 및상기 스페이서 상에 형성되며 상기 제 2 전극과 접촉되는 보조 전극을 포함하며,상기 보조 전극이 Cr, CrO 및 MIHL(Metal Insulator Hybrid Layer)을 포함하는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 도전물로 이루어진 유기전계발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 전극이 상기 복수의 발광 소자의 공통 전극으로 사용되는 유기전계발광 표시 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보조 전극이 메쉬 형태 또는 전기적으로 서로 연결된 복수의 스트라이프 형태로 이루어진 유기전계발광 표시 장치.
