- 1) 패각을 1.5 내지 10 cm의 크기로 파쇄하는 단계;2) 상기 파쇄된 패각을 소성로 내부에 적재한 후, 1200℃까지 점차적으로 승온시켜 패각을 소성하는 단계;3) 상기 소성로의 가열용 열 공급을 차단하고, 승온된 패각을 소성로 내부에 그대로 유지하면서 소성로 내부의 온도가 200 내지 400℃로 될 때까지 서서히 냉각 시킨 후, 소성로의 문을 서서히 열고 소성로 내부로 외부 공기를 서서히 진입시키면서 소성로 내부 온도가 100 내지 150℃가 될 때까지 냉각시키고, 그 다음에 패각을 소성로 외부로 꺼내어 실온이 될 때까지 대기 중에서 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 제조방법으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 이온화 칼슘을 벼의 모내기 4주 후부터 이삭이 생기기 직전까지 3회, 이삭이 생긴 후부터 추수때 까지 3회 비료 형식으로 도포하는 방식으로 벼에 시비하여 제조된 혈당강하 효능을 갖는 쌀을 인간을 포함하는 포유류에 경구 투여하는 단계를 포함하는, 혈당 강하 방법.
