Claims (30)
- 각각의 기계 권축 섬유가, 열 수축성이 서로 상이하고 융점이 20 ℃ 이상 서로 상이한 2 종의 열가소성 합성 수지를 함유하는 2 개의 섬유 세그먼트(segment)를 주 성분으로서 포함하며,(1) 상기 2 개의 섬유 세그먼트는, 섬유의 길이 방향의 축을 따라, 상기 섬유를 길이 방향의 축을 따라 2 개의 세그먼트로 이분하는 면에 대해 비대칭이고, 저 융점 합성 수지로 구성된 섬유 세그먼트는 편심적 코어-시쓰 복합 구조의 시쓰 부분을 형성하고, 고 융점 합성 수지로 구성된 섬유 세그먼트는 그의 코어 부분을 형성하는 편심적 코어-시쓰(eccentric core-sheath) 구조를 형성하거나, 2 개의 세그먼트의 결합면을 형성하는 면으로 섬유의 길이 방향의 축을 따라 사이드 바이 사이드(side by side) 구조를 형성하도록 함께 상호 결합되어, 상기 면 양측에 열 수축성이 불균등한 2 개의 세그먼트를 가지는 복합 섬유를 형성하고,(2) 상기 기계 권축 합성 섬유는 0.5 내지 200 dtex 의 단섬유 두께 및 3 내지 20 mm 의 섬유 길이를 가지며, 기계 권축에 의해 부여된 1 내지 13 개/25 mm 의 권축수 및 2 내지 20% 의 권축률을 나타내고,(3) 상기 기계 권축 합성 섬유는 불균등한 두 세그먼트가 존재하기 때문에, 60 내지 200℃ 의 온도에서 열처리될 때 양측에서 불균등하게 수축하여, 기계 권축 합성 섬유가 15 내지 80 권축/25 mm 의 3차원 권축수 및 25 내지 90% 의 권축률을 나타내고,(4) 상기 저 융점 합성 수지는 폴리올레핀, 50 내지 200℃ 융점을 갖는 이소프탈산-공중합된 폴리(알킬렌 테레프탈레이트) 수지, 80 내지 200℃ 의 융점을 갖는 열가소성 엘라스토머 및 에틸렌성 불포화 카르복실산 및 이의 무수물에서 선택된 1종 이상의 성분을 함유하는 그라프트제(graft agent)와 폴리올레핀을 그라프트 중합함으로써 수득된 변형 폴리올레핀 수지에서 선택되고,(5) 상기 고 융점 합성 수지는 알킬렌 프탈레이트 단위를 주 반복 단위로 함유하는 폴리에스테르에서 선택되고, 저 융점 합성 수지보다 20℃ 이상 높은 융점을 가지는,3 차원 권축을 발현하는 잠재 권축성을 갖는 기계 권축 합성 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 기계 권축 섬유는 60 내지 180℃ 의 온도 내에서, 열 수축 응력 피크를 나타내는 기계 권축 합성 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 기계 권축 섬유는 길이 방향을 따라 연속적으로 연장되어 있는 하나 이상의 중공부를 갖는 기계 권축 합성 섬유.

- 60 내지 200℃ 온도에서 권축 발현 열처리를 실시하는 경우, 15 내지 80개/25 mm 의 권축수 및 25 내지 90% 의 권축률을 발현하는, 잠재 3차원 권축성을 갖는, 제 1 항에 기재된 기계 권축 합성 섬유의 제조 방법으로서,하기 공정을 포함하는 방법:열 수축성이 서로 상이한 2종의 열가소성 합성 수지를 별도로 용융시키고, 2종의 용융체를, 시쓰 부분은 저 융점 합성 수지로부터 형성되고, 코어 부분은 고 융점 합성 수지로부터 형성된 편심적 코어-시쓰형 복합 섬유 형성용 방적 돌기 또는 사이드 바이 사이드형 복합 섬유 형성용 방적 돌기를 통해 복합 필라멘트상 형태물로 압출하고, 압출된 복합 필라멘트상 합성 수지 용융 플로우를 드래프트 하에 냉각 및 고화시키는 것을 포함하는, 미연신 합성 수지 편심적 코어-시쓰형 또는 사이드 바이 사이드형 복합 필라멘트의 제조를 위한 용융 방사 공정;권축의 발현을 위한 열처리 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 미연신 합성 수지 복합 필라멘트를 연신하는 것을 포함하는, 0.5 내지 200 dtex 의 두께를 갖는 연신된 합성 수지 필라멘트를 제조하기 위한 연신 공정;연신된 합성 수지 필라멘트에 1 내지 13개/25 mm 의 권축수 및 2 내지 20% 의 권축률을 부여하기 위해, 연신된 합성 수지 필라멘트를 기계 권축하는 것을 포함하는 기계 권축 공정; 및기계 권축 합성 수지 복합 필라멘트를 3 내지 20 mm 의 권축 길이를 갖는 섬유 조각으로 절단하는 것을 포함하는 절단 공정.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 사이드 바이 사이드형 복합 섬유의 제조를 위한 2종의 합성 수지는, 융점이 20℃ 이상 서로 상이한 저 융점 합성 수지 및 고 융점 합성 수지인 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 저 융점 합성 수지는 폴리올레핀에서 선택되고, 고 융점 합성 수지는 알킬렌 프탈레이트 단위를 주 반복 단위로서 함유하는 폴리에스테르로부터 선택되는 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 50 내지 200℃ 융점을 갖는 이소프탈산-공중합된 폴리(알킬렌 테레프탈레이트)가 저 융점 합성 수지로서 사용되고, 저 융점 합성 수지의 융점보다 20℃ 이상 높은 융점을 갖는 폴리(알킬렌 테레프탈레이트)가 고 융점 합성 수지로서 사용되는 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 저융점 합성 수지는 80 내지 200℃ 의 융점을 갖는 열가소성 엘라스토머로부터 선택되는 제조 방법.
- 제 21 항 또는 제 22 항에 있어서, 저 융점 합성 수지는 에틸렌성 불포화 카 르복실산 및 이들 산의 무수물에서 선택된 1종 이상의 성분을 함유하는 그라프트제와 폴리올레핀을 그라프트 중합함으로써 수득된 변형 폴리올레핀 수지에서 선택되는 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 용융 방사 공정에서, 용융 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 수지 용융물을 코어 부분 형성용 합성 수지로서, 265 내지 280℃ 의 온도에서 편심적 코어-시쓰형 복합 섬유 형성용 방적 돌기에 공급하고, 거기에, 50 내지 220℃ 의 융점 또는 연화점을 갖는 이소프탈산-공중합된 폴리(알킬렌 테레프탈레이트) 수지 용융물의 시쓰 부분 형성용 합성 수지로서, 180 내지 230℃ 의 온도에서 공급하고, 이렇게 압출된 복합 필라멘트상 용융 플로우를 15 내지 40℃ 의 온도로 조정된 냉각풍으로 균일하게 냉각 및 고화하는 제조 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 미연신 편심적 코어-시쓰 복합 필라멘트의 코어 부분을 폴리(에틸렌 테레프탈레이트) 수지로부터 형성하고, 시쓰 부분을 50 내지 220℃ 의 융점 또는 연화점을 갖는 이소프탈산-공중합된 폴리(알킬렌 테레프탈레이트)수지로부터 형성하며, 상기 미연신 공정 단계에서, 미연신 복합 필라멘트에 적용되는 총 연신률은, 45℃ 의 온수에서 미연신 복합 필라멘트의 최대 연신률의 0.70 내지 0.95 배로 설정되며, 먼저 70 내지 80℃ 온도의 온수에서 상기 미연신 복합 필라멘트를 연신률이 총 연신률의 0.60 내지 0.90 배에 도달할 때까지 연신한 후, 60 내지 80℃ 온도의 온수에서 상기 필라멘트를 연신률이 설정된 총 연신률에 도달할 때 까지 연신시키는 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기계 권축 합성 섬유의 잠재 권축성을 발현함으로써 수득된 3차원 권축된 합성 섬유를 함유하는 벌키한(bulky) 섬유 제품.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 및 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 기계 권축 합성 섬유의 잠재 권축성을 발현함으로써 수득된 3차원 권축된 합성 섬유를 함유하는 에어 레이드(air-laid) 부직포.
