Claims (16)
- 차량의 소정의 운전 상태의 도달시 자동 변속기(3)의 현재 변속비를 변경하기 위한 요구가 자동적으로 또는 수동 변속 모드에서의 수동 입력에 의해 발생될 수 있는, 차량의 자동 변속기용 변속 장치로서,상기 변속 장치는 고단 변속(+)을 위한 임펄스를 더하거나 저단 변속(-)을 위한 임펄스를 뺌으로써 수동 입력에 의한 다수의 연속하는 임펄스들을 합산하는 임펄스 계수기(18)를 포함하고,상기 임펄스 계수기(18)에 의해 결정되는 계수값은 고단 변속(+)을 위한 임펄스의 경우에 증가되고 저단 변속(-)을 위한 임펄스의 경우에 감소되며, 상기 임펄스 계수기에 의해 결정되는 다수의 연속하는 임펄스들의 합산치인 계수값에 따라 변속 신호가 발생되고,다단 고단 변속을 위한 변속 신호가 차량 정지시에 발생될 수 있고, 상기 다단 고단 변속을 위한 변속 신호는 가압된 페달 위치가 그 가압된 페달 위치의 최대 역치보다 작을 경우에 차량 정지시에 발생될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,임펄스 확인 후에 휴지 시간이 개시되고, 상기 휴지 시간 내에 또 다른 합산될 수 있는 임펄스가 확인될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,다단 저단 변속을 위한 또는 다단 고단 변속을 위한 변속 신호가 상기 계수값에 따라 발생될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,다단 변속 요구시 그 요구되는 변속단으로의 변속이 허용되지 않는 것으로 인식되는 경우에, 상기 요구되는 변속단보다 낮은 변속단으로의 변속을 위한 변속 신호가 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,다단 고단 변속 요구시, 가압된 페달 위치가 그 가압된 페달 위치의 최대 역치보다 클 경우에, 상기 요구되는 변속단보다 낮은 변속단으로의 변속을 위한 변속 신호가 요구되어 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,차량 속도가 소정의 고속 한도 이상의 속도로부터 최저 변속단에 할당되는 속도로 감속되는 경우에, 최저 변속단으로의 저단 변속이 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 차량의 소정의 운전 상태의 도달시 자동 변속기(3)의 현재 변속비를 변경하기 위한 요구가 자동적으로 또는 수동 변속 모드에서의 수동 입력에 의해 발생될 수 있는, 차량의 자동 변속기용 변속 장치로서,상기 변속 장치는 고단 변속(+)을 위한 임펄스를 더하거나 저단 변속(-)을 위한 임펄스를 뺌으로써 수동 입력에 의한 다수의 연속하는 임펄스들을 합산하는 임펄스 계수기(18)를 포함하고,상기 임펄스 계수기(18)에 의해 결정되는 계수값은 고단 변속(+)을 위한 임펄스의 경우에 증가되고 저단 변속(-)을 위한 임펄스의 경우에 감소되며, 상기 임펄스 계수기에 의해 결정되는 다수의 연속하는 임펄스들의 합산치인 계수값에 따라 변속 신호가 발생되고,다단 고단 변속을 위한 변속 신호가 차량 정지시에 발생될 수 있고,차량 정지 상태로부터 제1 변속단보다 높은 변속단으로의 발진 요구는, 상기 제1 변속단보다 높은 변속단으로의 발진 후, 소정의 시간대 내에서, 속도 한도 및 소정의 최대 가압된 페달 위치에 도달하기 전에 차량의 정지가 인식되는 경우에 보존되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,차량 정지 상태로부터 다시 발진하는 경우에, 상기 제1 변속단보다 높은 변속단으로의 요구는 속도 한도 또는 최대 가압된 페달 위치를 초과하거나 수동 입력에 의해 임펄스가 발생하면 소멸되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,일방향으로의 변속을 위한 하나의 임펄스와, 그 임펄스에 선행하는 반대방향으로의 변속을 위한 하나 이상의 선행하는 임펄스의 경우에, 최후의 임펄스에 대응하는 변속 신호가 발생되며, 상기 하나 이상의 선행하는 임펄스는 소멸되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,일방향으로의 변속을 위한 하나의 임펄스와, 그 임펄스에 선행하는 반대방향으로의 변속을 위한 하나 이상의 선행하는 임펄스의 경우에, 변속 신호가 발생되지 않으며, 상기 하나 이상의 선행하는 임펄스는 소멸되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,차량의 소정의 운전 상태의 도달에 의하여 자동적으로 개시되는 변속 중에, 수동 입력에 의한 임펄스는 무시되거나, 단지 수동 입력에 의한 최초 임펄스만이 보존되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 계수값으로부터 발생되는 변속 신호가 현재의 운전 상태에 대하여 허용되지 않는 것으로 인식되는 경우에, 상기 계수값을 생성시킨 수동 입력에 의한 임펄스가 소정의 시간 동안 보존되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기용 변속 장치.
