Claims (9)
- 막전극 접합체와, 상기 막전극 접합체를 끼우는 한 쌍의 세퍼레이터판과, 상기 막전극 접합체의 둘레 가장자리부와 상기 한 쌍의 세퍼레이터판의 사이에 배치된 밀봉 부재를 가지는 단전지 모듈이 적층되고, 상기 적층된 단전지 모듈의 양단에 한 쌍의 단판(端板)이 배치됨과 더불어, 상기 한 쌍의 단판을 복수의 체결 부재로 끼워 붙여서 조립된 연료전지 스택을 구비하는 고분자 전해질형 연료전지에 있어서,상기 각각의 체결 부재와 상기 단판의 사이에 개재해서 배치되고, 상기 각 단전지 모듈에 있어서의 상기 밀봉 부재의 배치 영역에 상당하는 상기 단판의 표면에 각각 배치되어 있는 복수의 제1탄성 부재와,상기 단판과 상기 연료전지 스택 단부의 사이에 배치되고, 상기 각 단전지 모듈에 있어서의 상기 막전극 접합체의 전극부에 상당하는 상기 단판의 표면에 각각 배치되어 있는 복수의 제2탄성 부재를 포함하고,상기 각각의 제1탄성 부재의 탄성에 의해 생기는 단위면적당 하중이, 상기 각각의 제2탄성 부재의 탄성에 의해 생기는 단위면적당 하중보다도 작은, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단판의 상기 연료전지 스택 단부측의 표면에 오목부가 형성되고,상기 오목부의 내저면(內底面)을 상기 제2탄성 부재의 배치 영역으로 해서, 상기 내저면과 상기 연료전지 스택 단부의 사이에 상기 복수의 제2탄성 부재가 배치되고,상기 단판의 표면에 있어서의 상기 오목부의 주위의 가장자리부가, 상기 연료전지 스택 단부와 접촉하고 있는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 세퍼레이터판 및 단판은 사각형 형상을 가지고,상기 단판에 있어서, 상기 사각형 형상의 네 변에 있어서의 각각의 중점위치 근방에 상기 제1탄성 부재가 배치되고,상기 제2탄성 부재 배치 영역에 있어서, 4개의 상기 제1탄성 부재를 연결하는 선분에 의해 형성되는 사각형상의 영역보다 내측의 영역에, 상기 각각의 제2탄성 부재가 배치되는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 4개의 제1탄성 부재를 연결하는 선분에 의해 형성되는 사각형 형상의 영역의 중심과 상기 제1탄성 부재를 연결하는 선분 상에서, 상기 선분의 중점으로부터 상기 중심까지의 상기 제2탄성 부재의 배치 영역에 있어서의 위치에 상기 제2탄성 부재가 배치되는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 세퍼레이터판 및 단판은 사각형 형상을 가지고,상기 단판에 있어서, 상기 사각형 형상의 네 모서리 각각에 상기 제1탄성 부재가 배치되고,4개의 상기 제1탄성 부재를 연결하는 선분에 의해 형성되는 사각형 형상의 영역의 중심과 상기 제1탄성 부재를 연결하는 선분 상에서, 상기 선분의 중점으로부터 상기 중심까지의 상기 제2탄성 부재의 배치 영역에 있어서의 위치에 상기 제2탄성 부재가 배치되는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단판에 있어서의 상기 제2탄성 부재 배치 영역과 상기 연료전지 스택 단부의 사이에, 집전판이 배치되어 있는, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 단전지 모듈의 적층 방향에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 부재는 상기 막전극 접합체의 전극부보다도 그 강성이 낮은 부재인, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 체결 부재는, 상기 각각의 단판 및 세퍼레이터판을 관통하도록 체결하는 체결용 볼트이고, 상기 제1탄성 부재 및 제2탄성 부재는 스프링 부재인, 고분자 전해질형 연료전지.
