Claims (11)
- 외부 케이싱(6)에 둘러싸인 열교환기(5)와, 히터(2)를 구비한 반응기(1)를 포함하는 반응장치로서,상기 열교환기(5)의 상단은 상기 반응기(1)에 접속되고, 상기 열교환기(5)의 타단부와 상기 외부 케이싱(6)의 저면은 플랜지(4)에 의해 서로 고정되며, 처리될 가스를 도입하고 처리된 가스를 배출하는 이중 배관(7)이 상기 열교환기(5)의 타단부에 접속되어, 상기 가스가 상기 이중 배관(7)의 내부관(7a)과 외부관(7b) 중 하나를 통해 도입되어 나머지 다른 관을 통해 가스가 배출되기까지의 공정 중에 상기 가스가 열교환기(5), 반응기(1), 및 열교환기(5)를 차례로 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기(5)는 원통다관형 열교환기인 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 케이싱(6)의 천정부에 아이볼트 고정부(9)가 구비되어 상기 외부 케이싱(6)을 탈착할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응기(1)의 내부에 휜(13)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 배관(7)의 내부관(7a) 내측 및 상기 이중 배관(7)의 내부관(7a)과 외부관(7b) 사이 중 하나 이상에 휜을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리될 가스가 상기 내부관(7a)을 통해 도입되고 상기 외부관(7b)을 통해 배출되는 기구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 이중 배관(7)의 상기 외부관(7b)은 방열판을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응장치를 수평으로 설치되고, 상기 히터(2)를 구비한 반응기(1)와 상기 열교환기(5)는 서로에 대해 수평으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응장치.
- 처리될 가스를 이중 배관(7)의 내부관(7a)과 외부관(7b)중 하나의 관, 열교환기(5), 히터(2)를 구비한 반응기(1), 열교환기(5), 및 상기 이중 배관(7)의 나머지 다른 관의 순서로 순차적으로 통과시키는 단계; 및상기 처리될 가스가 상기 반응기(1) 내에 도입되기 전에 상기 처리될 가스를 상기 히터(2)로 가열하여, 상기 반응기(1) 내부의 가스 유동 방향으로의 온도차를 조정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 처리될 가스를 상기 이중 배관(7)의 내부관(7a)을 통해 도입하여 상기 외부관(7b)을 통해 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 온도차를 50℃ 이하로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반응방법.
