Claims (5)
- 이중판으로 제작되며 냉매관 입구 및 냉매관 출구 그리고 급수관 입구 및 회수관 출구를 구비한 함체;냉매 유동을 위해 상기 함체 내에 장착되되, 일정간격으로 이격된 다수개의 직선부 및 상기 직선부들 사이를 연결하는 다수개의 곡선부로 구성된 냉매관 및 상기 냉매관과 결합되도록 다수개의 관통공이 형성되며 상기 냉매관들에 직각으로 배열되는 복수개의 휜을 포함하는 휜-관 열교환기 유닛;상기 급수관 입구로 유입된 후 상기 회수관 출구로 유출되는 물의 함체 내부 유동 방향을 전환시키기 위하여 상기 함체 내부에 상기 휜과 나란하게 설치되며, 상기 냉매관의 삽입을 위한 냉매관 삽입홀을 구비한 다수의 칸막이 및상기 냉매관 입구, 상기 냉매관 출구, 상기 급수관 입구 및 상기 회수관 출구와 상기 함체 사이의 틈새로 물이 누설되는 것을 방지하기 위한 조임 부재를 포함하되,상기 다수개의 칸막이 각각에는, 상기 물이 상기 칸막이를 통과할 수 있도록하며 또한 상기 물이 함체 내부에서 유동할 때 중력과 온도차에 의한 수압의 불균형으로 야기되는 불균일한 물의 흐름이 조절되도록 그 크기와 수가 선택된 다수개의 통수구가 칸막이의 일측면에 형성되며,상기 다수개의 칸막이 중 서로 인접한 칸막이의 통수구의 위치가 서로 엇갈리게 배열됨으로써, 상기 급수관 입구로 공급된 물이 상기 함체 내부에서 상기 다수의 칸막이에 의해 순차적으로 유동 방향을 바꿔가며 상기 냉매와 열교환을 한 후 상기 회수관 출구로 배출되는, 수냉식 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 함체의 이중판은 스텐리스 강판으로 구성되며, 상기 이중판의 내부에 탄성이 있는 단열재가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 함체의 바닥면 일측에는 배수를 위한 배수구가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 열교환기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 칸막이에 형성되는 다수개의 통수구는 그 직경이 서로 다르게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 열교환기.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 휜-관 열교환기 유닛은 공조용 휜-관 열교환기 유닛인 것을 특징으로 하는 수냉식 열교환기.
