Claims (6)
- 상호 이격되어 있는 상부 슬라이더 및 하부 슬라이더;다수 개의 적층된 압전 시트, 상기 압전 시트의 일측에 형성되어 상기 압전 시트의 적층 방향으로 팽창 또는 수축하는 클램핑부 및 상기 압전 시트의 타측에 형성되어 상기 압전 시트의 길이 방향으로 팽창 또는 수축하는 변위 확대/축소부를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 상부 슬라이더 및 하부 슬라이더 사이에 위치하고, 상기 변위 확대/축소부가 지지면에 고정되어 상기 상부 슬라이더 및 하부 슬라이더를 이동시키는 압전 소자; 및상기 클램핑부에 접착되고, 상기 클램핑부의 변형에 따라 상기 상부 슬라이더 및 하부 슬라이더와 접촉되어 물려져 상기 변위 확대/축소부의 변형력을 상기 상부 슬라이더 및 하부 슬라이더에 전달하는 클램퍼(Clamper)를 포함하여 이루어지는 압전 리니어 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클램퍼는 탄성력을 가진 재질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 액츄에이터.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 클램핑부는,상기 다수 개의 압전 시트 각각에 제1 전극 판과 제2 전극 판이 층마다 교대로 엇갈리게 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 변위 확대/축소부는,상기 다수 개의 압전 시트 각각에 제1 전극 및 제2 전극이 상호 이격되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 액츄에이터.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 전극 및 제2 전극은,복수 개가 교대로 배치되되, 서로 엇갈리게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 리니어 액츄에이터.
