Claims (9)
- 폐제지슬러지, 폐유, 바인더 및 기포방지제를 포함하되, 폐제지슬러지 고형분 100중량부를 기준으로 폐유 5 ~ 40중량부, 바인더 3 ~ 20중량부 및 기포방지제 0.1 ~ 5중량부를 포함하는 혼합물을 제조하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계에서 제조된 혼합물을 반고체상태의 성형체로 성형하는 제2단계; 및상기 제2단계에서 성형된 반고체상태의 성형체를 수분함량 0.01 ~ 10중량%가 되도록 건조하는 제3단계를 포함하고,상기 기포방지제는 프로필알콜 및 디메틸 폴리실록산으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 또는 이들의 혼합인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 바인더는 폴리비닐아세테이트, 리그닌 및 전분으로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐제지슬러지는, 수분함량이 0.01 ~ 20중량%인 폐제지슬러지 분말인 것 을 특징으로 하는 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폐제지슬러지는, 수분함량이 50 ~ 80중량%인 폐제지슬러지와, 수분함량이 0.01 ~ 20중량%인 폐제지슬러지 분말의 혼합인 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1단계의 혼합물은 폐제지슬러지 고형분 100중량부를 기준으로 수분함량이 0.01 ~ 20중량%인 폐지 분말 5 ~ 40중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 폐제지슬러지 분말은,수분함량 50 ~ 80중량%인 폐제지슬러지를 수분함량 20 ~ 40중량%가 되도록 탈수하는 공정 a);상기 탈수된 폐제지슬러지를 수분함량 0.01 ~ 20중량%가 되도록 건조하는 공정 b); 및상기 건조된 폐제지슬러지를 30 ~ 100 메쉬(mesh) 크기의 분말로 분쇄하는 공정 c)을 통하여 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체연료.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 고체연료는, 직경이 3 ~ 30mm이고, 길이가 10 ~ 100mm인 펠렛(pellet) 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체연료.
