Claims (4)
- 도시하수 오니를 이용한 오니탄의 제조방법에 있어서, 하수종말처리장으로부터 발생된 하수 오니와 석탄을 분쇄기를 통해 분말화한 석탄분말을 각각 준비한 다음, 탈수 오니와 석탄분말의 무게비를 8:2~ 2:8로 하여 혼합하고 이때 석탄분말과 오니 건조 총량의 0.2 %정도의 연소촉매제로 알카리금속화합물을 첨가하여 혼합장치에서 세 가지 원료가 잘 혼합되도록 한 후에, 상기 혼합물을 압축형 성형기에 공급하며 입형은 불규칙 하지만 평균 입경이 약10mm크기정도의 펠릿형 신형연료를 성형한 다음, 이를 건조기에서 건조시킨 후 슈트(5)를 통해 이송된 성형물에 성형성 혹은 발수성을 높이기 위하여 고분자화합물을 원료 총량 대비 0.01 ∼ 1% 로 하여 분사 코팅시킨 후에, 건조장치 끝부분에 설치한 슈트(5)를 통과하여, 회전하고 있는 트롬멜체(6)에 공급되면서 건조된 신형연료 중 분말을 제거하여 열량은 최저 4,500Kcal/Kg으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 오니탄의 제조방법.
- 상기 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅제인 고분자화합물은 폴리비닐알콜, 폴리유레탄, 폴리아크릴아마이드, 폴리아크릴에스테르계 화합물에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 오니탄의 코팅제.
- 도시하수오니를 이용한 오니탄의 조성물에 있어서, 하수 오니와 석탄분말을 무게비를 8:2 ~ 2:8로 하여 혼합하고, 석탄분말과 오니 건조 무게총량의 0.2 %로 알카리금속화합물로 조성되어 열량은 최저 4,500Kcal/Kg임을 특징으로 하는 오니탄의 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 알카리 금속화합물은 수산화리튬, 탄산리튬, 초산리튬, 수산화나트륨, 탄산나트륨, 초산나트륨, 수산화칼륨, 탄산칼륨 및 초산칼륨에서 선택된 어느 하나의 화합물임을 특징으로 하수 오니탄의 조성물.
