Claims (3)
- 음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지를 이용하여 고체연료를 제조함에 있어서,이물질을 제거한 음식물쓰레기와 입도 30∼50mm의 크기로 분쇄한 폐합성수지를 음식물쓰레기 30%(중량비) : 폐합성수지 70%(중량비)의 혼합비로 혼합하는 단계와,음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지의 혼합과정에서 황토, 갈탄, 코크스의 첨가제를음식물쓰레기를 기준으로 7:3의 비율로 투입하여 함께 혼합하는 단계와,음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지, 첨가제를 혼합한 혼합물을 수분함유율 10%이하로 건조시키는 단계와,건조시킨 혼합물을 압출기에서 압출 성형하여 일정한 크기로 절단한 후 냉각, 포장(PACKING)하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지를 이용한 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지의 혼합과정에서 투입, 혼합되는 황토, 갈탄, 코크스의 첨가제는,음식물쓰레기 70%(중량비):황토 10%(중량비):갈탄 10%(중량비):코크스(Cokes) 10%(중량비)의 비율로 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지를 이용한 고체연료의 제조방법.
- 음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지를 이용한 고체연료의 제조장치를 구성함에 있어서,수거하여 이물질이 분리된 음식물쓰레기와 분쇄된 폐합성수지 및 황토, 갈탄, 코크스의 첨가제를 투입하여 혼합하는 믹서(MIXER)와,믹서에서 혼합된 혼합물을 열풍으로 건조시키는 열풍건조기와,열풍건조기에서 건조된 혼합물을 압출, 성형하는 압출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물쓰레기와 폐합성수지를 이용한 고체연료의 제조장치.
