Claims (5)
- 수용성 고체 알칼리 무기 물질 (A) 를 포함하는 베이스 입자들을 비(非)-비누기(non-soap) 음이온성 계면활성제의 액체 산 전구체 (B) 로 건조 중화시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법에 의해 수득되는 세제 입자들로서,상기 베이스 입자들은 분무 건조법(spray-drying method)에 의해 수득되며, 상기 베이스 입자들은 성분 (B) 를 중화하기 위한 당량과 동일하거나 4배 초과의 양으로, 성분 (A) 를 함유하고, 10 중량% 이하의 제올라이트를 함유하며, 150 내지 400 ㎛ 의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것인 세제 입자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 입자들이 20 내지 80 중량% 의 수용성 고체 알칼리 무기 물질을 포함하는 것인 세제 입자.
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 세제 입자의 제조 방법:(a): 단계 (c) 에 첨가될 비-비누기 음이온성 계면활성제의 액체 산 전구체 (B) 를 중화하기 위한 당량과 동일하거나 4배 초과의 양으로, 수용성 고체 알칼리 무기 물질 (A), 및 단계 (b)에서 얻어질 베이스 입자들이 10 중량% 이하의 제올라이트를 함유하도록 하는 양의 제올라이트를 포함하는 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;(b): 단계 (a) 에서 수득된 슬러리를 분무 건조하여 제올라이트 함량이 10 중량% 이하인 베이스 입자들을 수득하는 단계; 및(c): 액체 산 전구체 (B) 를 단계 (b) 에서 수득된 베이스 입자들과 혼합하고, 생성된 혼합물을 건조 중화시키는 단계.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 하기 단계를 추가로 포함하는 세제 입자들의 제조 방법:(d) 단계 (c) 에서 수득된 세제 입자들에 유동 조제 (C) 를 첨가함으로써 세제 입자들을 표면 개질시키는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 정의된 세제 입자들을 포함하는 세제 조성물.
