- 제 17항에 있어서,상기 스탬프는 철부(凸部) 및 요부(凹部)를 포함하되, 상기 스탬프를 상기 기판에 접촉하는 것은 상기 스탬프의 상기 철부(凸部)를 상기 기판의 제1 영역에 접촉하는 것인 마이크로 어레이의 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제1 영역은 3차원의 표면을 포함하는 마이크로 어레이의 제조 방법.
