Claims (7)
- 정극 합제층을 포함하는 정극과,집전체와, 리튬 이온의 흡장·방출이 가능한 활물질을 포함하고, 상기 집전체의 상대하는 면에 설치된 제1 부극 합제층과 제2 부극 합제층을 포함하는 부극과,상기 정극과 상기 부극에 개재하는 비수 전해질을 구비하고,상기 정극과 상기 부극은 상기 제1 부극 합제층이 상기 집전체의 내주측으로 되도록 감겨 있고,상기 제1 부극 합제층에는 상기 정극 합제층과 대치하는 개소에 상기 집전체가 노출되도록 복수의 합제층 팽창 흡수홈이 설치되고,상기 합제층 팽창 흡수홈을 통해 인접하는 상기 제1 부극 합제층의 외표면의 단부가 서로 접하는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1 부극 합제층이 상기 합제층 팽창 흡수홈에 의해 독립하는 복수의 블록으로 분할되어 있는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 합제층 팽창 흡수홈이 상기 부극의 감김 방향과 수직으로 설치된 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 활물질의, 방전 상태에 있어서의 체적에 대한 충전 상태에 있어서의 체적 비가 1.2이상인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 제1 , 제2 부극 합제층이,상기 활물질의 표면에 부착된 카본나노파이버와,상기 카본나노파이버의 성장을 촉진시키기 위한 Cu, Fe, Co, Ni, Mo 및 Mn으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 촉매 원소를 더 포함하고,상기 활물질과 상기 카본나노파이버와 상기 촉매원소가 복합 부극 활물질을 형성하는 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 활물질은, 규소 함유 재료인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 규소 함유 재료가 SiOx(0.05<x<1.95)로 표시되는 산화규소인 비수 전해질 이차전지.
